(EP) Aphylliate - Phase Three

Hi Mike.

 

I enjoyed your EP as a whole, as far as Brony club tracks go, these are definitely the higher end of the spectrum. A few thoughts for each track:

• Phase Three - good! I definitely get an arcade feel from this one. The vocals match the tone you're setting, and the separation is pretty top-notch as well. An optimal addition to any club set IMO.
• The Devil In Me (remix) - A few parts of the score are melded together too much, end up kinda noisy, but otherwise very hard-going and pounding, an interesting change-up n.n
• Iron - if this is an Iron Pony competition themed song, it's spectacular! Got my head bobbing fo' sho'. Fast paced, playful yet still bad-ass. I could imagine this in a Sonic boss fight for some reason.
• Find - some of the cadences are very abstract, and considering the DnB feel I think it'd have benefited from a fade-out instead of that end note, but I reckon this is the most energising track on the EP, and the places where you managed to integrate the vocals (considering they're at a 4th interval) are really damn great.

As a whole? I'd happily give this an 8 or a 9 for bona fide club awesomeness. Keep it up

I do! Piano. It helps to have synaesthesia and perfect pitch under my belt n.n I suppose my review had melodic aspects foremost, but I'm glad you like the feedback.

This is so AWESOME! /)^3^(\ So awesome I wish I could download it and put it on my phone for travel between home, work and school. I know my 12 inch subs would appreciate it, especially Phase Three.
