Would Twilight Sparkle be a scary girlfriend?

Let's say she'd treat a boyfriend somewhat like Spike, and I would be dead within a day or two. Cartoon Slapstick and all that.

 

Outside that, she's been known to snap and throw frigging MIND CONTROL spells at people.

 

 

Twilight wouldn't just be a scary girlfriend to a regular human, she'd be a LETHAL one.

Most of the time she wouldn't be but as we have seen from Lesson Zero and It's About Time she can be very very scary when she has one of her OCD freak outs. I see her as being more uptight than anything else and occasionally a bit controlling and clingy, a good mate for her would be someone who can looser her up a bit as well as of course sharing a few common interests. She would make some lucky bastard a great girlfriend with a little bit of work.

She goes by the book a lot and worries a lot if things might go wrong, or if they do. That's sort of like me, so I would be able to relate and you know, "know that feel" .

 

Therefore I think she'd be a very trustworthy girlfriend, knowing she wouldn't want to upset anyone, nor fail to keep her promises, which is something I look for in a girlfriend .

 

I think /she/ would be more scared of something than be scary to others.

I think this question is pretty ridiculous, there's no way that Twilight- my pretty purple pony princess- would harm anyone unless they're threatening her friends and loved ones, and she sure as heck wouldn't harm someone she's in a relationship with.  Best pony Twilight would probably be the best pony to be in a relationship with actually because she's a super powerful and cute Alicorn who you know will defend you from bad ponies like Chrysalis and Tirek. Also, did I mention that she's cute? Twi's more about spreading friendship, love, and knowledge to others than beating up bad guys anyway, but she's willing to hold her hoof out even to the bad guys if they're willing to reform, which is an admirable quality of Twilight that she can always see the potential of others if they're willing to give friendship a shot  

Look at that, Twilight just wants a hug! How anyone think she's a threat?

Not on purpose, no. But she might do something she might later regret without much thinking (or maybe after overthinking). Lesson Zero is one such example - while Twilight did not intend to brainwash everyone in Ponyville, she still did it.

I think that I would be able to be friends with Twilight without much problem, but living together? I don't think either of us would deserve the bad results.

It is fine. I am crazy too. But the thing is that I would find a person such as her to be quite boring. Especially because she is too attached to the title. Which creates a growing separation between the adopted identity and the real person.
