How much make up do you wear?

Okay like I don't know about you guys but as a guy I will actually put on make up and stuff. I don't put on anything like insanely girly, but I wlll put on stuff to like hide whatever redness is on my face and crap like that. I also use it under my eyes because I always have the darkest little black marks underneath my eyes and it looks creepy otherwise

Just editing my signature to say that my behavior on here was cringe. I don't regret the friends i made but man i was cringe here

I don't normally wear any make up at all.

However, when I cosplayed Karkat from Homestuck I had to cover my hands, and face in grey make up. I also had to put some black eye liner on. Applying all of that makeup, and taking it off was a pain.

Generally I just wear a little to cover any skin imperfections... But if I'm going out somewhere I tend to make more of an effort, a mineral foundation, eyeliner and mascara, some blush and lip colour... I never usually go OTT because I would feel uncomfortable then... I feel comfortable in a happy medium... And I like a natural look

I wear black eyeliner, eye shadow, I complete my eye brows, mascara, foundation, concealer, powder and occasional pink lipstick. I usually wear lip gloss or a natural lip balm made out of honey and vitamins to heal my almost constantly-dry lips. :3 I love make up. <33 I do love my face without it, but I find it as a part of me as well. :3

Eh, I barely wear any makeup, just blush. :P I don't like how makeup feels on my face plus it can be really bad for your skin.

I think make-up itself is a bit silly, in terms of like attempting to physicaly attract the opposite sex. Women usually wear make-up to either express themselves artistically, or becuase they're trying to make themselves appear more attractive by covering up percieved imperfections, or maybe they want to highlight certain features that they think are valuable and worth highlighting. Whether or not this is practically effective when trying to attract men has yet to be proven, and some small studies seem to suggest that men tend to prefer women without make-up, and that women tend to assume that men will prefer more make-up, which means that a flase sense of "natural beauty" is being fed to them, probably through aggressive marketing. Like I guess my point is that men and women have been attracted to eachother for like, 200,000 years, and make-up has only been apart of a very tiny percentage of these years, it's clearly not very important deciding factor for the vast majority of men from a very realistic and biological standpoint. Although I mean, if you're covered in zits, or you're an ugly mofo, probably wanna cover that up.

I think if make-up is being used for self-expression, or a particular look (Like Goth I guess), then that's a bit different, the purpose is more nebulous, and I personally think the intention is more towards the spectrum of "artsy" which I totally support. I dunno, I'm just rambling.

As for me I wouldn't consider make-up benificial pratically in my everyday life, maybe if there's an event like Halloween, or I'm messin around with friends at a party, but nah, face paint aint my game.

I'm your typical guy, so no. Although, wearing eye shadow and lip stick does sound kinda fun.

I used to wear just foundation, but now I typically wear Foundation, powder, eyebrow makeup to fill in my brows, mascara, blush, eyeshadow, and if I need to ill use concealer. Oh yeah and a gloss or lipstick depending on my outfit and how I'm feeling.

On days where I need my makeup to stay completely fresh looking I'll put on primer before my daily routine.

If I'm feeling lazy it's just foundation, powder, eyebrow stuff and mascara.

On a side note: I don't wear makeup daily to attract any guys. I wear makeup because it helps me to feel more pretty and generally better about myself. I do it for me, not for anyone else.

I don't usually wear a ton. I mostly never do, but only wear it when I feel like it or going some place nice. I only do eyeshadow and liquid eyeliner. Nothing else.

Some girls coat their face in foundation, blush, eye shadow, eye liner. mascara, lipgloss/lipstick, glitter, etc. all at the same time.

I don't wear any. Though I have wanted to wear eyeliner and a little bit of eye shadow. :P Though I'd have to wait until I don't have to deal with judgmental people so often. I have had offers by girls in the past to help me with it when I get to that point. :darling:

I do wear makeup, just at home, I don't have the confidence to wear it outside.  I just wear some lipstick and eyeliner(though I suck at apply eyeliner lol) but I don't think I have the right brush for my eyeliner.  Apparently my eyes are hooded so it makes it hard to find a thin enough stroke of my eyeliner to look good.  Most of the time, I just want to draw on my face, sounds childish but I have fun applying it.  My low confidence always makes me feel like I look like a pig in makeup.

I haven't used that much.

The most I use is foundation, maybe a little eye shadow and a tiny bit of blush. I really want to experiment more with it when I have both the time and money. I have contemplated using a tiny bit for when I go out, but, I'm not quite confident to go that far quite yet. So I'm currently stuck wearing it just at home. When I have the place to myself. Really wish I had a female friend on hand to teach me a thing or two. :P

I don’t wear very much makeup at all. I like the natural look far more than being painted over. I have to wear a certain amount for work so maybe I’m just compensating by wearing less in my off-hours. Typically I like a small amount for highlighting, but I don’t think makeup should ever be overdone; it’s supposed to augment the appearance and not bury it.

I'm a guy and the only make up I wear is eyeliners, which it's rarely.

I've never found the need to wear any sort of make up, nor do I see myself wearing it at any point in the future. I'm a male, so I guess it isn't too uncommon.

At first I rejected the zero, but that was because I simply didn't understand it. Now I do.
