Your request is done!   I make a mistake when I first did cause I didn't see that you wanted Hurricane black so I accidently made her grey then redid it in black but that was very hard to make out lines so I made her a dark grey, I will give you everything I had of Hurricane and you can choose whichever you want, sorry for the long wait and hope you like!    I couldn't get the cutie mark in the vector so I thought it would be cool to have a hurricane-like background.

It's kind of hard to explain, so just look at this:

You see how he has a vector for each emotion or pose? (Surprised, happy, angry, etc.) I'm just looking for something like that.

I just need those emotion vectors so I can use em for something.

So again I offering a new style for anypony who is left on the list for being patient and waiting for so long.   Since I have just learned how to make ponies without bases I will make a completely original sketch and vector of your oc. Below are some examples.
