But I prefer it without the pulp, personally; I want my OJ feeling smooth and consistent the whole way   I still like it quite a bit with the pulp, though =)

But the reason is because whenever I drink it, I get tiny painful lumps on my tongue...

Yes. I like to drink orange juice. I like it when it's freshly squeezed but I don't care if there's pulp in it or not. Orange juice is a good drink to drink no matter what time of the day it is.
