And at times she can be pretty introverted as well. Obsidian Sky 14,004 May 31, 2014 Share May 31, 2014 In my opinion the biggest problem Rarity has is also one of her virtues: Her abillity to focus. Rarity has an extreme eye for detail and can get really, really focused on a single thing. She forgets everything around her in this situations though, and that can cause major problems. This ability is good for her work, but can get rather problematic in other situations. A good example would be Sonic Rainboom. She is temendously generous because she lets Twi test a completely unknown spell on her, but after she gets her wings, she completely loses focus and forgets why the mane6 are in Cloudsdale in the first place. She does not do that because she does not care about the others in this situations, but because she is so focused on these beautiful wings, for example, that she forgets everything else. Another example is Look Before you Sleep after the tree crashed through the window. Rarity is overwhelmed by the great destruction this accident caused and supresses the thought of the mess because she cannot cope with it. instead she puts the books back into the shelf, ignoring the real problem, just because she cannot handle so much chaos at the same time. Wingnut 7,019 May 31, 2014 Share May 31, 2014 What? I think Fluttershy is perfect in every conceivable way! I jest, of course. Everypony has their shortcomings and Fluttershy is no different. Her biggest flaw might be what critics say is her inability to "remember" how to be assertive. Well, it's not that she doesn't retain the basic knowledge to do this but the drive. With her psychological issues it requires a great deal of courage and effort on her part to stand her ground even though she's done it several times already. Her Insane side is simply because she thought her parties weren't appreciated, and she is more depressed than insane. When she's too hyper, she can do the wrong thing at the wrong time. Those are flaws I actually like in her character. One I don't like as much is her tendency to lose herself when she has a crush ... though it DID give me the "I love being covered in muuuuuud!" quote. duidamasterXD 9,627 June 1, 2014 Share June 1, 2014 She's self-centered, insensitive and doesn't really think before she speaks, cares way too much what other people think about her, isn't the best at losing, is very distractable, can be on the lazy side when she isn't dealing with something that greatly interests her, has a quick temper, is pretty stubborn, isn't the quickest to notice when something's wrong or when someone's down, and much much more. Dash is far more flawed than those who simply call her arrogant give her credit for.
