Rainbow Dash doesn't like to sing?

It has come to my attention that Songs where Rainbow Dash is the main focus does not exist. 

 

Why does she not have the music inside of her? Why does she not like to sing?

Her voice actor leads a band, but I believe Rainbow Dash's voice that is used in the show just hasn't been used for any songs.

They just haven't gotten around to it -- supposedly you will hear her sing in season 5.

We've heard Rainbow Dash sing in "May the best pet win" and the Season 1 Finale, but I too would like to see her singing in the spotlight. That's another thing I guess I'd like to see in season 5!

 

I think it's just more of the fact that the writers haven't gotten around to her yet.

Though if Discord gets a song to himself, then I don't see why Rainbow Dash doesn't!

She has sung in a few songs, but not many. I have no idea how easy it is for Ashleigh Ball to sing in that voice.

 

Word from ComicCon, though, is she gets a solo song in season 5, though.

I don't know much about this, but I do know her fans have been complaining about her not having a song for a while. She's a fine singer, but I guess it's not really her thing.

It was confirmed during SDCC panel run by Hasbro that Rainbow Dash WILL have a solo song in Season 5

 

 

Also her singing parts in Winter Wrap Up were actually pretty good.

I would imagine she'd be the most shy about singing (even if she'd never admit that), but if Best NIght Ever is any indication she has a lovely singing voice.  I definitely look future to what the future holds as far as this goes.

 

It's weird though, Fluttershy also hasn't gotten a true solo song (unless you count a very short one when she was a filly) and she's canonically got the best singing voice of the Mane 6, right?  And don't bring in her bahsfulness at performing in front of ponies into this; they could easily give her a full-length song she sings to her animal friends or something, I dunno why they haven't yet.

Well she sang in quite a few episodes, but the fact she has never had a solo number is quite a mystery...still, Meghan said she should get a solo song this Season.

Hm. I guess it's a possibility she doesn't like singing, but like @hip-indeed said, I think she's shy about it, simply because she likes to be the "tough" one. 

 

Oh, and like everyone else has said, she'll be getting a solo in Season 5, which I can't wait for by the way. Rainbow Dash is the best singer of the mane 6. (imo)
