OP's list of favorites contains more animes than I think I've actually seen. That being said, I can still list a "Top 3". 1. Space Battleship Yamato/Star Blazers, original or the new reboot. Both are great. 2. Initial D 3. JoJo's Bizarre Adventure

Things I like: Profiles are neat. Status updates can have crazy things like italics now. This little "reply" bit is streamlined, though it has lost some functionality. Blogs are way better. PMs seem less junky. Mobile site is no longer garbage. Things I don't like: I liked the bigger recently replied topics box. Last five just doesn't do it for me. I liked having the box for topics I had replied to. Status updates sent directly at another user now pop up on the front page. Liked it better when they'd only show up in the activity feed page. Thing's I don't know how to feel about yet: Round avatars. Some of my stockpiled profile pics don't look good in round. Guess I just won't use them. It looks pretty okay. More modern than it did, at least. Not my favorite though. The extra space from using "enter" (which strikes me as a normal word-processor thing) seems to be upsetting some, but for various reasons it's become a habit of mine to "shift+enter" every time, so I still get normal line spacing. The update in general. I'm sure it'll get ironed out eventually.

I really love the fact that you can choose to spend an assload of resources simply to disable traction control on the Nomad and become a drifting legend. Honorable mention: the game spawning NPCs in a mile off during dialogue and cutscenes so that scenes supposed to contain them now feature a nice section of wall paneling accompanied by distant, unintelligible speaking.

Really liked Andromeda and Saturnz Barz. The other two weren't bad, just not really feelin' it...

Well, I only expose myself to quality Japanese cartoons, so I don't usually have many complaints. My one annoyance is the amount of fanservice in Space Battleship Yamato 2199. I mean I'll take ass wherever I can get it but let's be real, I'm just here for the World War fucking Two battleship flying around and blowing shit up in space. Why anyone would need more out of a show than that is beyond me.

My favorite one is the whole "no forests on flat earth" sub-conspiracy. For those of you who haven't heard, mountains and mesas are apparently the stumps of giant silicon-based (or petrified, depends who you ask) trees. Explanations why they aren't here anymore range from giants cutting them down, to the flood of the Old Testament, to aliens that were hard-up for resources, to (guess who?) the Earth's elites cutting them down to erase evidence of the old world and help usher in a New World Order. My personal favorite is that the elites cut the trees down because they were growing too tall and were about to hit the dome that the sky is apparently painted onto. Yeah, someone out there thinks Earth has a sky-box in real life. If that doesn't make you feel good about yourself, I have no idea what will. I recommend y'all take a nice, long, relaxing wade through this beautiful ocean of garbage so y'all can see firsthand some of the very best humanity has to offer. It doesn't sink in for you that what you're reading are the actual conscious thoughts of a living human being until you're three or four pages in, really...
