  1. Eating dinner. Southern fried chicken and ketchup sandwiches ftw.
  2. Why did the electron marry the proton? They were attracted to one another.
  3. According to my other half, mine should be cake. Because I bake nice cakes. Lol.
  4. Is that your answer to everything? Facts and averages? Ever considered the internet attracts people like that and doesn't make them? Most of the people I've met online have been social butterflies rather than the socially stinted people to claim are the majority of people on the internet. Most of the depressed people I have met online find support and friendship there, and ultimately gotten better. Averages and facts can be skewed by whoever did the studies and questionnaires. I prefer to rely on proof and experience.
  5. Joined earlier this week, woke up the next morning to find chat closed. Sadness. ._. The people I met on there seemed sane enough.
  6. This is the colour scheme, but I lack a name or cutie mark for now. ._. I feel so empty.
  7. This...I find this statement amusing. The internet made me less depressed and suicidal - finding people on the internet to connect with when I was suicidal pretty much stopped me tipping over the edge and jumping. If anything I've gained more social skills from the internet, by interacting with people from all walks of life, as well as improved my networking abilities, understanding of others' opinions, debating ability and many more other areas. Personally, I find my vocabulary and spelling, even my grammar, is mainly down to reading a lot of good books. I don't find myself reading much on the internet, and I tend to drop grammar when I get lazy or tired. I know of a few people that have taken to facebook and seemingly lost their ability to speak English 'becuz dey end up talkn lyk dis'. That actually took a lot of concentration to type... Either way, I have lived on the internet for about...six years now (I was late to the internet scene as a kid). Since then I have made more RL friends than I originally had, which has both increased my self confidence and social skills, found my fiance on the internet and have made it to college, rather than throwing myself from the top of a sixty foot drop. Happy or smart? I'll go with both.
  8. Age of Empires was epic. As were the first Pokemon Games.
  9. Did you hear the joke about the maize? Oh, don't worry, it's too corny.
  10. As far as I'm aware, it's not even a holiday...we certainly don't get the day off, lol. Eh, Valentine's day. Before I had a significant other it was just another day. Now I have one, we use it as an excuse to go out to dinner the weekend before (never go on the actual day, restaurants get too crowded). I don't really get the desire to send cards and candy. Shouldn't you love them every day of the year regardless?
  11. My name has evolved with my roleplay character, and ended up on Millie Kittan because she is a cat...called Millie. Used to be Millis, but people assumed I just couldn't spell... It will be changing in April anyway.
  12. Shivering. Because it's really damn cold. ._.
  13. Mario on Gameboy. Mario 64 Pokemon Red and Blue Sonic the Hedgehog...bascially all of the Sega Megadrive ones. Childhood games. ._.
  14. I'm a bit of a bookworm. I can't remember the titles of all the books I've read, since it tops a few hundred that I really enjoyed. I'd have to pull out my whole book cupboard and list them one by one, and I'm simply too lazy... I'm currently reading a series known as Shadows of the Apt, by Adrian Tchaikovsky. It's a rather heavy-duty series, and the storyline is slow, but the amount of creativity and imagination that has gone into the world and characters that live within the pages is amazing to me, and I can't put them down. Currently on book seven, the last one in print til August this year, and it is honestly one of my favourite book series of all time. Other favourite series include: - Artemis Fowl - Otori Chronicles - Glass and Study series
  15. If they'd been doing it for ages, claiming racism is just ridiculous... Though what someone already said on this topic is true: You can find racism anywhere if you try hard enough. It's just how our culture has developed...
  16. I hate making jokes about inert gases. I never get a reaction. ._.
  17. Thank you for all the warm welcomes!
  18. I'm generally socially awkward with everyone, minus a small circle of people. I can be polite to people who try to start a conversation with me... Honestly, I much prefer music and little social interaction. Complete introvert.
  19. Can't say I'm a fan of sleeping. Probably because I never seem to sleep very well and always wake up dehydrated. XD
  20. I have many incomplete ones running at once... Right Now: Sims 3 Others: - Sonic Generations - Pokemon Ranger (second one) - Pokemon Mystery Dungeon, Explorers of Time - Professor Layton (second one) - Pokemon White
  21. Only in Victorian times. Now it would just shatter my innocence visage.
  22. I'm not generally known for having weird dreams... My fiance, however, seems to have them very frequently. My favourite of his is the dream where his nan made a large pot of custard in a massive metal dish and then decided to leave it in the middle of the kitchen, and he told her that was dangerous as someone might fall over it. So she told him to go tip it all over the couch and roll the dog in it, then hang the dog up on the door. Apparently, this is how one makes popcorn...
