I would like to see another version of the "A Friend in Deed" episode, where Fluttershy helps to some pony using her kindness.

Fluttershy I am very shy and taciturn. I feel uncomfortable in the company of people, especially in the larger group. I do not shy away from people, I'm just very bad in interacting with them. In the group I usually keep oneself to oneself because I'm not able to join in or initiate conversation, or to focus the attention on myself. A lot of things I relive inside my head, sometimes I stifle my pain and anger inside, so that I could explode if I wasn't able to stop it. But I'm not a doormat. I like animals, but I have no patience for them. Twilight Sparkle I'm nerdy like her, I'm kind of a thinker, and I try to approach everything rationally. I'm socially awkward and sometimes some people actions irritate me. Although in spite of all I like the company, however, generally I'm a loner - that way I regenerate my energy. More than a books, I like to play computer games and watch movies or TV series. I like science fiction and fantasy, I'm interested in the various scientific curiosities and astrophysics. Rarity I like art, but I don't make any - ok maybe I try ineptly to draw something. I especially like paintings and music. I love listening to music - but I guess this can be classified as being related to Fluttershy. Regarding work, if I do something I care about, I try to do everything perfectly. I also don't like to get dirty when I do something. I try to take care of my appearance and I sometimes take to myself what other say about me. I'm generous to friends. Applejack I'm very lazy but if it is necessary, I can work hard (but rather not physically). I'm not too honest, and I'm not a very responsible. Rainbow Dash I think the only thing that connects me with her is loyalty. I am very attached to people, and I am loyal to them. Pinkie Pie Somehow it's hard to me to refer to her. Maybe one day I was happier, I don't like parties at all. Maybe I would do crazy things if I had someone appropriate.

Do what? Discord is spirit of chaos not spirit of doom. It's not in his interest to kill anyone, chaos is even greater when it is experience by living beings which spread chaos even more when they panic. Even if, it has already shown that elements of harmony can be used to defeat him. But he can't be destroyed just as spirits of harmony.

This entire opening scene made a huge impression on me and is one of those which most were engraved on my memory. We can find many sad scenes, but this one is probably both the most sad and gloomy in the entire series. Especially at the very beginning (although it is hardly visible) when she's surrounded by darkness - that look. She is so lonely and hopeless here. So much negative expression in such a short scene. And now something different. Probably most of the characters looks so adorable when they are sad or happy. But I think that especially Twilight looks adorable and funny also when she gets irritated (but not go crazy). And she has a lot of these situations. Unfortunately static images cannot show well how funny and adorable are these situations. And I also would like to see more of happy Fluttershy.

Sticky or magnetic hooves may be true. Although sticky hooves could be more problematic, ponies would have a problem to keep them clean. We have already seen many times how items strangely can attach to their hooves, but it is also this - in Dragonshy they were climbing easily on very steep hillside. No, not only unicorns have magic - but only they can use, control and cast it consciously. The elements of harmony are also magical and can interact with any pony species. If comics are canon there is also an (visible) example of all Mane6 using magic - the magic of friendship.

I am not selective, I just hate nobles all equally. Okay, I'm just kidding. I just really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really dislike them. This is not surprising since almost all of them are portrayed so stereotypically. Especially, when we would expect that in that friendly world they will be more likeable than their human counterparts. Blueblood is even more unbearable because we compare him to the princess Celestia due to his title of Prince. Maybe we would be more inclined to like them if we would see more nobles like Fancy Pants or Celestia.

This is really warming up and very well done episode. Next, which can I add to my list of favorites. The song is really great, but what I liked the most is Twilight attitude, which I think is as important and instructive as the end moral. Her great desire to help and not giving up until there were still opportunities were exemplary. And above all, how adorable she looked in all of her attempts and efforts.

I really hate Snips and Snails characters - they looks ugly and act stupidly - like borrowed from other dumb cartoon. I'm okay with these kind of characters, but their behavior and design were really too much exaggerated for my taste. Why you all call Trixie an antagonist? - she was rather weak as antagonist because her position in this role was mainly maintained by goofy adoration by Snips and Snails. I can go even further, stating that not Trixie but they were true antagonists in this episode. Trixie was just an ordinary magician/entertainer, her attitude was not commendable but it was useful to get the audience. Her boasting was part of the artistic creation - it's what she had to do to earn money for herself - maybe she was doing it wrong, but I'm still able to understand her. Sooner or later, she would left Ponyville to continue her trip and residents over time would forget about her. But as a result of Snips and Snails actions she was humiliated at the end. And sooner or later Twilight would show ponies how strong is her magic anyway. I'm not saying I hate Trixie, she was ok but I just don't like these character types. However, in my opinion she was more likeable in this episode than in her second one - when I really started to strongly dislike her. Strong points - of course Twilight and Spike duo, and I liked how Twilight peacefully solved the problem with Ursa.

I know it's a rather old topic, but the most appropriate I could find to share with what I found. Do you still wonder how ponies hold things with their hooves? It turns out that the answer is in the previous generations of the series. It is not visible on the screens posted by Sepraxian, but I found better ones. I was curious how earlier MLP series looks like and I just found over hour long video on youtube. So I was lucky that I found these scenes during rewinding. It seems that they have flexible and deformable hooves! Unfortunately, (if this turn out to be canon in MLP:FiM) this this is ruining my theory about all ponies affected by magic - that all of them use some kind of telekinesis attached to their hooves that act more like magnetism. Its power could be dependent on physical strength of pony. Similar to the theory of pegasus using telekinesis-levitation magic to support their flying abilities.

This is one of my favorite episodes of the season. I think it is well done, and I love the Apllejack-Rarity duo. Their opposite personalities provide lots of fun interaction between them, at the same time causing them to get closer to each other in their friendship. Their bickering were very amusing, and a pillow fight and fight for a place in the bed were simply great and hilarious. It also was funny how Twilight tried to do everything by the book. And of course the brilliant Oooooh ghost stories that made this episode even more memorable. I liked the rather slow pace of action, which allowed for deep development of all present characters. By accident I stopped at this scene and somehow it seems very fun for me.

Pretty decent episode, the scene of the ceremony and the granting of the trophy was brilliant - the best moment was when Applejack and Pinkie Pie looked at trophy and doing this woooo sound (I don't know how to call it). However I think there was something wrong in behavior of other ponies. Everypony saw how Applejack was exhausted from overwork but only Twilight offered her help, even if others knew that she would refuse their offers, they should at least give her a break from these tasks. Therefore, I didn't like that much this episode.

Another great episode, one of better ones from this season in my opinion. It is very well shown what each of the six dreams about and at the same time it is very good development of the personality of each of them and especially of the main character. I think Celestia has sent only two tickets with a view to Twilight and Spike. Of course she knew about the other five friends, but probably she wanted to see again what Twilight learned about friendship. At least to see how strong became their relationship after a such short time. It can be said that the solution to the problem of insufficient number of tickets was obvious from the beginning, but Twilight had to learn about this herself.

I very like this two-parter nad and I think it's very good opening to MLP:FiM series. For me the first part is a little better, because I think that it is well shown how Twilight meets all mane six and I love when Twilight gets irritated - then she always looks so adorable (especially in bed scene with pillow on her head ).

Because I'm new here I think it is good to tell something more about me using this personality test. I think this result reflects quite well my personality I'm quite shy and reticent like Fluttershy. I also love to listen to music. I think I have the most in common with her. I'm nerdy and a little egghead like Twilight Sparkle - more than books i like watching movies and TV series, play games, and read comics. I prefer such genres as sci-fi and fantasy. I'm very socially awkward, but when I get to know someone better I have a high tendency to become attached to that person. So I can be defined as loyal as Rainbow Dash is. I am generous to friends like Rarity, it happens to me to give something and not expect anything in return. I can sacrifice much for someone. Mostly I am very lazy, but if I decide that something is worth it I can work very hard and take care to do it well like Applejack. And I have the least in common with Pinkie Pie.

I think that Celestia, like rest of alicorns have some mission or destiny that she must fulfill before she can go away to maybe some kind of heaven or become a spiritual form. She is only a princess - there probably is a queen who really can be considered as a godess. Controlling the sun is not her main mission - I think she need to stabilize it presumably due its broken cycle by discord. I think that her destinity was to find Twilight and now she must help her with being princess - becoming alicorn is not enough. So she is immortal as long as its needs to be.

I really don't like visual design of baby ponies. Although I really like most of the songs on the show, I do not care too much about whether they are present in the episode. I do not understand why for some people the presence of songs is crucial to a positive assessment of the episode. I also don't care much about background characters. Apart from totally wrong presentation of Spike character, i found Spike at Your Service a very fun and enjoyable episode. I found Pinkie Pie very annoying in A Friend in Deed. In my opinion The Crystal Empire is the worst season opening. I think that Rainbow Dash is overrated. I don't like Trixie. I think that Fluttershy become even more background character than Applejack. Even her own episodes can be considered stolen by other characters. I think her character is as complex as the rest of Mane6, but she just suffer from bad writing, and repeating boring pattern related only to her shyness and fearfulness but not her kindness.

I just wanted to add that already has been said in the show that these cutie marks have a deeper meaning (in Call of the Cutie episode). If one does not remember it, here is a quote from the MLP wiki: "Cheerilee explains that her cutie mark, smiling flowers, is symbolic of her desire to make her students bloom and learn cheerfully". Literally one would think that her cutie mark is related to her passion for horticulture. So I think that relating AJ cutie mark with her family and work in the orchard to be the most accurate.
