    I hope MLP won't last too long. Many very good TV series became a crap after a first few very good episodes. So I am afraid that the same thing can happen to MLP. I hope it won't, but it would be better if it will end up at the top of the form.

    I don't care, I hate these characters. They act mindlessly and are too exaggerated. Those kind of characters are not even funny but pathetic, because they are so stupid they can make much trouble to protagonists as well to antagonists which they follow and can be one of the main reasons of villain failure. The only reason they act like this is their stupidity. The villains sidekicks don't have to be smart or serious, but they should be better developed if they play a little bigger role.

    @@Mylittlealicorn, EoH have nothing to do with controlling the sun and the moon. It's not a stupid question at all. I see two possibilities here. As you said - each of them can take control over the two celestial bodies - on the one hand, it conflicts with their cutie marks. But in the first episode when NMM returned she caused that the sun won't came out. Unfortunately, we don't what exactly happened - maybe she beat and imprisoned Celestia and thus took control over the sun. The second possibility is that the whole control over the sun and the moon are just metaphors, and in fact they are bound with these celestial bodies being a some kind of avatars. Or are connected with them in other way, being able to draw power from them or sending energy toward them. So if one is defeated or loses power/bounding it shouldn't change anything (maybe, except that then it is easier to take control). So, to take control of the sun or the moon, a different kind of power or magic is required. From "The Return of Harmony" we know that Discord also can control the sun and moon. However, in both cases, the normal daily control over the sun and the moon doesn't have to require considerable amount of energy. Perhaps there is need only to make small adjustments to the course, or there is no need to do anything at all but just keep an eye on it and react only when something unusual happens.

    Twilight Sparkle - I like science, I have a very little OCD in some things and I'm socially awkward. Fluttershy - I'm shy, reticent, and I have low self esteem and self-confidence. Applejack - I don't like to let the people down, I care of people important for me. Rarity - I like art and I like to create art. Rainbow Dash - I'm loyal. Pinkie Pie - I'm often misunderstood.

    I wouldn't go to the gala. I don't like parties, except for these small ones with my friends. Unless I could go with one of Mane 6 - most willingly with Fluttershy or Twilight. My goal - have fun and have a good time .

    @@Mylittlealicorn, More or less just as I think, except that I think that each of them can represent any element of harmony or all at once like @@Anadu Kune said. Perhaps there was some way to free her sister instead of banishing her in the moon, but due to conditions stated by me, the time played an important role here. I think that things already gone so bad that she had no time to find better solution. But of course this is just my theory. How it really was I hope we will find out in season 4. Have you noticed that right after release Luna looks different (younger and she doesn't have the ethereal mane)? This may indicate that she not only lost her connection with the EoH but also with the moon, even though she was sent in it she no longer represent its power. Only the sisters have ethereal manes because only they represent the celestial bodies.

    But the harmony was lost before she banished Luna in the moon. Yes. The sisters were against themselves, the siblings love/friendship was already weakened. When Luna was corrupted/possesed by NMM her feelings toward Celestia were suppressed, Celestia could use them because she didn't lost her feelings that way. Elements need friendship bounding to work, so she could use them only once and without their full potential/power, because their friendship was like bonfire dying down fueled only by Celestia. I also made a mistake in my argumentation. EoH don't work thanks to a common magic, so power of magic doesn't affect their effectivnes, so no matter how strong Celestia is in magic, she can't use elements without friendship. She was exhausted in meaning of losing control over them until bonding was lost ultimately.

    There is a big hole in your argumentation. Celestia banished Luna or NMM in the moon? Ok, that isn't important, but what is important is that Celestia had to use all six elements of harmony against Luna/NMM herself! Well because at that time both sisters were opponents/enemies for themselves. Luna/NMM wouldn't allow/help to use such a weapon against herself. So arguing that Celestia couldn't use EoH to free Luna beacuse she could control only 3 of them is invalid! The better explanation could be that using all of EoH alone is very exhausting and probably causing to permament (or very long) lost bonding with them. That's why she had to wait for mane 6, who could activate them again.

    If her personality was designed a little different, she would be a good material to be a classic superhero. Shy and kind at day, kicking asses and saving world at night. But seriously I don't think that she is more powerfull from other ponies, but her abilities are just too much underestimated, unaware (of their potential) and underused by her in most situations.

    She is shy and lives alone with animals. But it seems to me that she wasn't forced into such a life due to the family problems, but rather she had chosen it because loneliness suits her. That way she could get away from other ponies who were unkind for her. I think she probably has no siblings and her parents are alive but live far away from her.

    I also would like to see more about Zebra ponies. It would be very interesting to know more about them. As far as I know earlier generations, this is on of many things they lacked - ohter pony races based on real equine animals. Moreover, Zebras give a good opportunity to show a different land and pony culture and probably also to show more about ponies from saddle arabia - they can live in the same region.

    I don't think that fur completely covers their private parts - just look at some pony/horse pictures or see them live. Even if ponies have more/longer fur than horses, their private parts can still be seen from some angles or during some moves/activities. They just have a different approach to these issues than humans. For us nudists are odd, but for ponies nudism is a normal thing (or more accurately - naturism?). They wear clothes only as jewelry and decorations or to protect from environmental conditions or from physical injuries. I don't understand why this issue bothers some people, after all in most cartoons/animations animial characters are only partially dressed or don't wear clothes at all. I had never bothered whether ponies wear clothes or not, and I even more prefer to watch them naked, because clothed animals look too weird for me. I have no problem with indecent thoughts - it's just a cartoon.

    That's how I've tried to explain to myself how this sun and moon controlling thing works - stabilizing orbits or other abnormalities of those celestial bodies. It's a very good theory, but unfortunately there are some things that refuted it. In first two episodes returned Nightmare Moon caused eternal night - like she stopped or hidden the sun during this time. In "The Return of Harmony" Discord played with day and night extremely increased their movement or planet rotation speed. @'s theory is more likely to be true. Celestia and Luna can be somehow bonded with the celestial bodies which they represent. They can also be avatars/embodiments of the sun and the moon. Thats why Luna/NMM was banished in the moon, not on the moon.

    Of course Rarity and Applejack! because I love these two appearing and doing things together. Their opposite personalities gives the most amusing and the most interesting scenes.

    This is easy to explain - those are not horseshoes like in our world. This is just the best shape fitting their hooves and these things are probably the soles of their shoes which they wear sometimes, as we could see.

    Have you not seen Spike ride Twilight? So maybe ponies allow some creatures to ride them. Or this I hope that how Spike will look like when he grows up.

    But seahorses(ponies) are horses(ponies) only by name, like sea cows or guinea pigs. Besides they had the most ugly design of all ponies in G1. And as others already said the introduction of this race would be very problematic because of the plot. We alredy have unique race of crystal ponies and... You know what I really would like to see more - at least one episode about zebra ponies!!

    In my opinion everypony need more (and well written) episodes! Especially Fluttershy. And second Rarity and Luna because i like their design .

    I also had problem with her mane color when I started to draw her in color. While most sources and artworks presents her mane in a little dull/faded purple with pink accents, then in some videos (episodes on YT) the colors seems to be more saturated and her mane are more bright or bluish.
