  1. So, what do you guys think of my new avatar? I'm still kind of "ify" on it myself. I kinda like it but it could still be better :-/

  2. Hey everypony, what's up? I've been a fan of LP's and LPers for sometime now and I think it's about time I give back to the LPing community. I'm planning on making a Pokemon Yellow Let's Play, but I recently had an idea to make it "20% cooler." Take ponies, and put them in the game. No, I don't mean Ponymon or anything, I just mean the style of play and commentary would be Pony oriented. Of course I could always just do a normal walkthrough, but where's the fun in that? I made this poll just to see how many people would be interested in watching this style of LP. The more people that are interested will determine not only the fate of this LP, but of all my future LP's! I'm always going to include ponies in my videos, this poll is just here to determine the frequency and intensity with which they will appear. This will be my first LP and I can't wait to get started, be sure to check it out! I'll be uploading the videos starting in about two weeks, so head on over to my YouTube channel and stay tuned! (Currently, there is no content uploaded on my YouTube channel, but that is obviously going to change )
  3. I don't have a favorite pony, is there something wrong with me?! D:

Nah, too adorable for me. Vinyl Scratch all the way baby!

      Also, I'm racist against non-unicorns.

Very well, Vinyl is good enough.

  4. So, before I became a brony, my life was painfully average and seemed to be getting more so. Ever since I had started my freshmen year of high school, my life had become incredible boring and repetitive. It wasn't until this most recent December that my life changed. It was at this time when I discovered MLP: FiM. Now, I won't bore you with the long story as to how I began watching the show, but I can tell you it is pretty weird... Anyway, after watching the first few episodes I almost instantly found myself having a happier disposition, a friendlier tone, and a more tolerant temper. As I continued to watch and enjoy the show, I found myself dancing to music more, caring more for others, eating healthier, and dropping bad habits that I should have done so to long before. It's only been about a month and a three weeks since I first considered myself a brony, and I've already found myself being a better person. I'm less violent (although I do play TF2 quite a bit now), I find it easier to focus on my work (as long as there aren't pony videos to distract me), and I find myself in less conflicts (even if I do still enjoy a good argument with my friends). Being a brony has changed my life a great deal when you consider how little time I've spent as one, I can't wait to see what will happen to me next as I continue to grow, change, and become involved more in the brony community/world around me!
  5. So one of my most recent negative responses of someone discovering my fanship comes from a heated TF2 Control Point match. *ahem* So I was playing on Coldfront and having a grand old time with my friend who was over at my house, when I decided to spray my tag right next to the opposing team's Resupply locker-room thingy (my tag is a Spy Rarity saying "Oh dear, I've made quite a mess..." and I absolutely LOVE it ). Later on in the map, I managed to air-blast an Uber Heavy far enough away from the Medic that was Ubering him, making him lose the Uber (duh). In the disarray, my friend (a Soldier) managed to kill the Heavy before he could reunite with his Medic. He wasn't too pleased to say the least... He cursed for several minutes before calming down. When he respawned, he apparently saw my tag and proceeded to ask who had put it there. I admitted to doing so and he just laughed into the mic. I asked him what was so funny and he said that I should leave the game now. Confused, I asked him why he thought that, to which he responded, "Because bronies are a bunch of- *I'll leave this part up to your imagination since it isn't pretty at all* -and they should all die in a hole." I was all , but I kept quiet, just loving and tolerating the hater, while my friend (a non-brony) was all yelling at him for being a troll and a jerk. The guy just laughed, called my friend names, then continued to insult me, the show, and the fandom in general. I'd like to say I hate judgmental people like that but all I can really say is that I really really really really really really really really dislike them
  6. TF2... I downloaded and installed the game, two days later, I was a brony Now it wasn't all from TF2, Minecraft introduced me to MLP, and Ace Attorney is what inspired me to watch the first episode, but TF2 is what led to me actually being a brony.
  7. So I was playing some TF2 with my dad once (ikr?!?!) right after he had downloaded the game. We were playing on Gravel Pit (on a locked/private server I guess you could say), and I was going to show him how a Spy could easily take down a level 3 Sentry if the Engie wasn't paying attention (or dead). We had just finished a round so we had switched teams. While I was waiting in the Blu Lobby, I decided to see how my new tag looked (a Spy Rarity saying "Oh dear, I've made quite a mess!" ). So I 'painted' it on the wall and was pleasantly surprised to see that all was working and that it looked great! So later, when we went on to the next round, we switched teams again and I had forgotten all about my tag. Apparently, my dad noticed it, and remembered the spot I had put it at as being blank because after spawning in he asked, Dad: Hey, how do I place down a sticker thing like this one here? Me: Um... You just push 't'... But yours will just be this weird purple and black checker board thing, you'll have to mess with the options if you want something different... I braced myself for a question about the content of my "sticker thing" but none came. I have no idea if my parents know I watch MLP but I do know that later the next day my dad saw me making my signature for this site, so yeah... http://mlpforums.com/public/style_emoticons/default/dry.png
  8. Yes, I've seen a UFO several times, of course I usually later find out they were just planes, no longer making them UFO's -_- Have you ever used your Chords of Steel/Traditional Royal Canterlot Voice to yell Objection!, Hold It!,Gotcha!, Eureka!, Take That!, or Not So Fast! ? (I know I have! )
  9. Lately I've been playing the Ace Attorney series again, but you can never go wring with a match of TF2 here and there! I've also started to play LoZ: Majora's Mask off of the Wii. Minecraft's always fun and I can play it in my Woodshop class when I finish early, so that's nice.
  10. Fred has his own show..? ... OF ALL THE WORST POSSIBLE THINGS THIS IS THE WORST! POSSIBLE! THING!
  11. Immortality is both a blessing and a curse. Unfortunately, it is more so the latter... No matter how many things you did, the human mind that would inhabit your body would always want more and better, as is the way of the human. Immortality would be a torture to the immortal, as they would be forced to see the pointlessness of advancement, whether it was there or not. The immortal, COULD attempt to learn and help society, but most likely, would spend their days being poked and prodded by scientists, eager to replicate the curse, blindly seeing it as a gift. Death is a natural part of all life, and it is especially important to those lifeforms who truly know of it. Humans are programmed to try and stay alive, in that way, we are more persistent than even the hardiest of cockroaches, thus being immortal would go against everything that it means to be human. Of course this is just my opinion, and you may have a completely different view than me, which I thusly respect, sense I have no way of currently knowing why you think what you think!
  12. Some of the most inspirational and best quotes I've ever heard: Mpphhh mphh mphhhh mphhh mhh! -Pyro You shouldn't have done that... -BEN Objection, your honor! That was... objectionable! -Miles Edgeworth I've got a bad feeling about this... -Several
  13. I couldn't agree with Jelly-Obsessed Pony Joe anymore, the Ace Attorney games have some AMAZING music! Another game I really like the music to is EDGE, it has some nice peaceful music, but it also has some up-beat music too! Of course, you can't go wrong with Legend of Zelda or Castlevania music either, and I really do like the music in Plants vs Zombies. But we mustn't forget about Pokemon which has stunning Boss Battle (vs Champion) music! Oh, and I almost forgot to mention the Super Mario Galaxy series. Those games are sporting what is probably the best music the Wii has to offer (not including Skyward Sword of course)! There are are so many games with awesome music out there, that I can't even began to name my favorites
  14. Personally, I thought it was amazing! Keep up the good work!
  15. Of all the possible things this is the BEST! POSSIBLE! THING (I'm so original)! Well, at least I think so...
  16. Hello! I'm new as well so yah!
  17. So, yeah... I'm the King of Magikarp and I'm new here, obviously. I'm really not sure where to go from here, I've never been to good at "socializing on the internet." As a matter-of-fact I usually don't talk at all unless I have something important to say... Until about one month ago, that is, when I became a brony! Now, I'm all over the place, I'm even planning on starting a pony themed Pokemon Let's Play, but enough on that, I'm off topic as usual. SO basicaly, becoming a brony is one of the best thing to ever happen to me in regards to my internet life I hope to make quite a few of friends (IRONY) and have various amounts of enjoyable time (a.k.a. fun) on this forum!
