I went to a dinner with a wine tasting, and here's what they served:
· Traditional pão de qieijo (cheese bread) and crispy polenta
· Chicken cordon bleu with smoked ham and mushroom bacon béchamel and grilled asparagus
· Prime Picanha and Fraldinha, with roasted potato, grilled spring onion, and smoked pico de gallo.
· Prime Ribeye with garlic herb butter and sautéed zucchini
· Thousand Layer cake of Chantilly crème, puff pastry, and dulce de leche
I am quite stuffed. And a bit tipsy.
