  1. I prefer nighttime over the day, only because it's more relaxed at night. Everything is winding down and there's a chance to rest and relax after a very long and trying day.
  2. I feel like I should make more cookies this weekend. Maybe chocolate chip and snickerdoodles. Stop me before I bake again.
  3. Thunderstorms overhead again, with the occasional downpour.
  4. I forget how many I've saved, but there's enough that I'm set for reading material for a while
  5. I like reading fanfiction too! I'll be doing readings of some of my favorites on the library club. As far as games, I like match-3, puzzle-type games, not big on shooters or battle simulations, I also like retro arcade games (because that's the type of games I grew up with) and rhythm games (like Audiosurf and Melody's Escape, which let you use your music).
  6. Good question! One thing I love to do is cook (I learned how in high school and worked in a couple of restaurants when I graduated), and while I don't have a particular specialty, I've tried various types of cuisines. I also like to read, mostly nonfiction and historical/biographical stuff as well as books related to cooking. I have other hobbies, like painting, writing, and games, but reading and cooking are my true passions.
  7. Anything you want to know about me in particular, or in general, please feel free to ask. I promise honest answers to your questions.
  8. Hello, and hope your day is going well.  Hoping mine does too, despite the feeling of dread I'm experiencing.  I know it's nothing, but it still won't go away.

  9. I'm getting a feeling of anxiousness, though I'm pretty sure it's unfounded.
  10. But after all that mourning, will they remember you? I doubt it, I'm easily forgettable. Will your online friends from other continents remember you? I would hope they'd think about me now and then, but ... see above. For what you will be remembered? I honestly don't know what I'd be remembered for, if anything. Maybe my voice? Who knows? What kind of achievements you will be remembered by your friends, or your colleagues? Again, I really can't say for sure. In your short life right now, did you do enough to leave your mark on this Earth? Probably not. I may have touched a few lives along the way, for better or for worse, but I don't know if I made any kind of lasting impression. What was your legacy in this world? My legacy is I didn't leave one.
  11. The main thing I miss is being able to go outside, park myself under a shady tree, and do absolutely nothing. Just sit there, maybe nap if the mood strikes, but just not having to do anything if I didn't want to.
  12. I'll read the first post, then the posts on the most recent page just to see where the conversation is going, but I mostly don't have a lot of time to read the entire thread. Especially if the thread is hundreds of pages long.
