  1. So, had my workout for the day. Help a man roll out some fullto-the-brim shred bins. Ah ha, just more proof I need to exercise some. >_>

  2. How come I only just discovered this? Hehe, awesome. At least you had fun with it.
  3. Well, it would go like this: Pathfinder - Considering how practical he prefers to be, he'd take any small car. Probably a SMART car or anything that is economical. Sojourner - Jeep. Anything Jeep. Nothing better for the archeologist! Corsair - A Mustang...the P-51 variety, hehe. Spirit & Opportunity - I really can't think of any... Stargazer - Land Rover...same capability as a Jeep, but more fancy!
  4. I still have it, but I've kinda stopped using it. AIM has essentially died out it's usefulness for me; just like the AOL email service. Same goes for MSN... These days, I stick with Yahoo & Skype. Both are serviceable IM clients. Godz, I miss Trillian...
  5. Watched Markiplier's play through of Five Nights of Freddies...I don't think I have jumped more times during any other game. That game really knows how to play on your paranoia.

Kinda surprised you were able to get any atmosphere out of that video. I watched it and Mark was just as annoying as ever. He really has gone downhill.

Well, different people prefer different personalities. I'm a big fan of Mark and I think this was one of his better videos. I dunno; I see a lot of myself in him, so that may help, but meh. The game was scary still. I don't know if I'd be able to enjoy it as much with another LP'er. :)

  6. Well, if that suits other people, then more power to them I suppose. We did the challenge here where I work like a month or so ago, and I declined, deciding to donate. I really didn't wanna get wet... >_<
  7. I don't see the point the challenge myself. Why not just donate? You'd be saving water & ice just by doing that.
  8. I wanna read the Game of Thrones thread, but I wanna avoid spoilers. Dang it. XD

And that she did. What a wonderful housecarl she is!

Haha, I'm surprised thus far. We've killed three dragons, two trolls (one a frost troll), two saber-cats, and at least one bear. Good record for her, lol.

  10. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat. I mean, arcs like the Queen Chrysalis & Reflections arc are among the best the comics have to offer, while the Manehatten Mysteries & Big Mac arcs rival any slice of life episode the show has put out thus far. Heck, even the Micro & FF series are good; with some exceptions. So yeah, I recommend them wholeheartedly!
  11. Yeah, Spike was a bit jerkish, but he's a kid with lofty ambitions, and the mini-comic itself was fairly forgettable. I don't really get how it ruins the whole micro-comic for some as the overall story & moral outshine the cute little thing at the end. Besides, to say he ruined Hayseed's life sounds a bit extreme. It's disappointing for him, yeah, but considering what he's done to get to that position...I highly doubt losing Rarity will affect him THAT badly in the long term. Yeah, Katie Cook's writing isn't perfect, but I'm still a fan of hers. <3
  12. I'd be fine with it; it would be a good reason to bring back Lightning Dust for an episode; I think.
  13. Well, I think I'm pretty decent at writing. Now, I may end up messing up on my tenses here and there, and might have a minor grammatical malfunction, but aside from that, I think I'm decent. Now handwriting is another story.
  14. Pathfinder, Sojourner, Stargazer - Sounds like a nice tandem for my OC ponies and the museum. <3

  15. So...thinking that my crystal pony OC will be named Stargazer. I'm thinking her part in the museum will deal with the stars, and their role in history. Maybe that'll work...I dunno...

  16. I have only watched season 1 thus far, but I have the season 2 & 3 box sets besides me here. I need to watch these soon... So yeah, I absolutely LOVE this show!
  17. Ahhhh, I love the crystal ponies! <3
  18. Looking through EqE, considering another RP to join...

I've just dropped Rares. Effectively diminishing the amount of viable and interesting roleplays :P

AHHHHHH!!!! Noted. Damn you to Oblivion! >:(

  19. Well, it's a fine line, and going a little darker can backfire seriously on a show. I'd like to see FiM maybe try some mature topics that can be good lessons for kids, but I don't want the show to lose that spark that really makes it a charming show. Spyro kinda did that with the Legend of Spyro series. It was a darker fantasy with higher-stakes in mind; a complete contrast to the light-hearted feel of the original games. That's not a bad thing as the Legend were pretty good, but some of the charm didn't stay. That's not to say there was no charm, but there's a reason why many prefer the original games. Similarly, if FiM is to go somewhat more mature, they have to be careful. Besides, the comics have tried to go the darker route with some success, so I wouldn't be too shocked if the show continued with its thing.
  20. Pretty much. Godzilla has shown he can take one hell of a beating, and come back fighting with even more determination. Like the video said, Gamera will take a loss, take some time to analyze his opponent, and come back better prepared. Godzilla is a little more straightforward with his methods, with some exceptions! They're both capable kaiju, BUT Gamera just doesn't have Godzilla's toughness; if you will.
  21. Well, Death Battle likes to make a show of it, or else Superman & Shao Kahn would run rampant in their fights. XD To be fair, speed & agility can count for something, and the Heisei Gamera was fairly powerful (it seems like the DB guys really just amalgamated all Godzilla & Gamera variants into one). I'm not too shocked Gamera was able to hold his own for a while, but I can totally see the result.
  22. Well, it's kinda hard for me to debate the end. I'm happy with the result, but I would've been all right with either one winning. Wiz & Boomstick have a way of explaining things that leaves me satisfied (and LMAO). XD
  23. This requires two answer from me. If we're talking about just a single piece from a full OST, then I have to mention "From Past to Present" from the Skyrim soundtrack. As far as a full OST is considered, that honor goes to Shadow of the Colossus. Yeah, there are some action pieces, but the soundtrack really evokes a lonely, yet peaceful calm throughout.
  24. My top five: 1. Spyro the Dragon (Spyro 1, 2, 3) - These games are really the most special, and most important to me as a gamer. In a similar manner to MLP: FiM, the first three Spyro games have a very charming feel to them. They have the most heart, humor that isn't too childish nor adult, a great visual style for the time, solid music, great & simple gameplay, and just overall FUN! So far, no game has replaced these game as my top. Now, I love the Spyro series as a whole, and that includes the Legend & Skylanders incarnations as well, but the originals stand out. 2. The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - What can I say that hasn't been said? A large world to explore, fight dragons, many unique dungeons to loot & explore, an awesome villain lore-wise, etc. I'm currently replaying this game, and it never fails to put me in utter awe. 3. The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings - This game was a real treat for me. While it didn't have the world of of Skyrim to really get into, the story & characters are what really steals the show! While the gameplay takes some time to get used to and the difficulty can be testing, you will be hooked from beginning to end by these interesting & deep characters, and the amazing story. Really, it is the Game of Thrones of gaming! 4. Dragon Age: Origins - This game really intimidated me when I first got it a few years back. It just seemed to complicated! I tried it again last year with determination, and the 60+ hours I spent on it were damned worth it! With it Lords of the Rings feels to it, it feels SO big and the stakes seem big as well. It feels somewhat dated, but the gameplay works rather well! After getting used to it, I really just drug me into the world! Not to mention the character interactions were amazing as well! 5. Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time - While age hasn't been that kind to it, the look & feel of the game never fails to drag me into it's mystical hold. The Prince remands one of my favorite game characters of all time, and the world of Azad is still amazing fun to traverse. Of course, the acrobatic gameplay & the use of the Dagger of Time are what steals the show for me. Amazingly fun! Honorable Mentions: Castlevania: Lords of Shadow, Shadow of the Colossus, Phantasy Star IV, Sonic the Hedgehog (1, 2, 3, Knuckles), TIE Fighter, Age of Empires, Uncharted (1, 2, 3, GA)
  25. Yah know, I struggle with this question too. SombraxLuna or SombraxChrysalis. XD
