  1. I'll likely get it for PS4 when it comes out; though I'm not sure if I will get it immediately or not. I mean, I was ready to grab Titanfall until I learned it was multiplayer only. *Sigh.* We'll see...
  2. I don't care what anyone says: Short Round from "Temple of Doom" is awesome. Yeah, the screaming lady is annoying, but I LOVE that little asian kid.

  3. Honestly, with enough effort & care, any games could in theory be a great movie. I mean, a game like Mortal Kombat, with its very limited plot & limited character personalities, turned out to be a pretty fun movie. Flawed, yeah, but fun. On the flip side, Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time was a decent movie, but ultimately forgettable. I know I mentioned Elder Scrolls, but anything from Spyro the Dragon to Bioshock to Red Dead to even Call of Duty could be a great movie.
  4. I consider it important because I am a living example of why one should at least keep themselves healthy. I mean I don't exercise; at all, and I know I should, but I don't. As a result, I'm slightly overweight, my strength isn't what it should be, and I don't have the running or physical endurance that other members of my sex have. Now, it doesn't really bother me that much as my self-esteem is fairly high regardless, BUT...I know I could do better.
  5. Super Robot Monkey Team Hyper Force Go is one that I seem to mention a lot, and it qualifies here. And while I wasn't the biggest of of the superhero genre, I absolutely LOVED the Justice League series.
  6. Today's impulse buy from GameStop: Risen 3. I had no idea there was even third Risen game out there!

  7. Sometimes I really have to wonder what is the freakin' point of they bully attitude amongst some people. I mean, yeah, I don't entirely understand the point of reading what is essentially smut in what is essentially a public forum as that would be an easy target for someone with nothing better to do than antagonize others, BUT does that really justify targeting someone like that? I'm not just referring to the clop reading. How about the other videos spotlighted? Why should they be made fun of as well? I mean, yeah, it's fine to criticize, but in the case of Machinima, with their large subscriber base, it's only going to open the floodgates of armchair internet bullies. I just...don't get it. Period. I don't have a problem with him posting, FYI. I mean, as long as it is age-restricted, then oh well.
  8. From a Pens fan to a Flyers fan, I wish your team good luck this season. You all had a rough season last time out, so I hope to see your fortunes improves. Just not at the expense of the Pens...who have plenty of questions to answer themselves; admittedly. >_<
  9. Well, I don't looks to be the main selling point for me, but I do have a certain thing for women with short hair; you could say. I dunno, it just works for me. But most importantly, I value intelligence, open-mindedness, respect, appreciation for the arts & sciences, and other things over looks & physical appearance. Granted, I don't mind if one is into things like makeup or fashion. I mean, if that is what you like, then more power to you. Not to mention if you're into things like video games, sci-fi/fantasy, books, & things like that, that's pretty attractive to. In the end though, it's personality & related things that I find attractive.
  10. Well, I think the Elder Scrolls could make the interesting movie. As we know, the games, while existing within the same timeline, are largely independent from one another. As such, I think a movie could take this same route, yet go with different characters & stories. At the same time, and Skyrim adaptation done right would be TOTALLY bad ass. All I want is a badass Alduin. LOVED him as a villain. To be fair, I think most WRPGs could make a great movie. The Witcher would especially be interesting to try; though obviously rated R.
  11. Those are more action platformers to me than true shooters, BUT they are still great games; of course As for shooters, I would say Disruptor. Insomniac's first foray into gaming. <3
  12. It's really hard to choose. For me, it's between Rarity, Luna, Coco, Octavia, and the Spa ponies. Heck...either Octavia or the Spa twins...darn it, hate choosing...
  13. As long as there is quality writing and character development, it wouldn't matter too me if they were in Hell fighting off demons.
  14. I thought he had a legitimate question, then apparently love between those of the same sex is now r34 for some. Geez...
  15. So....Baldur's Gate is available for the Mac...sooooo tempting....

...fair point. XD It can play Age of Empires and TIE Fighter just fine, so it should handle a slightly younger game, haha.

    3. Azure Envy

AoE will put hair on any computer's chest. BG should be a cakewalk.

      Great taste in games, yo.

Haha, thanks. I was never much of a PC gamer, but I do have a few favorites there. :)

  16. Well, I do believe the show to be better, but the comics are not that far off. I mean, when the comics pull off an arc as epic & engaging as Reflections while pulling off genius slice of life stuff like "Art of the Gazebo Repair," then the show is in for some competition.
  17. Well, considering there is little to no cell service in my area, it is kind of pointless for me to own one. Really, if we even had decent service, I'd have to do some research and not let my Apple bias show through too much. My mom has a simple flip phone though. Good for making calls; not much else.
  18. CONFESSION: Well, for a LONG time I was never fond of vegetables; and this was going into my college years to, so...yeah, that was one old kid habit that refused to quit. I'm much more open now-a-days, so...yeah. Give me some nice veggie soup or what not and I should be good. Never tried mushrooms though...and I can't stand veggies in a burger. Makes me sick; ugh...
  19. I think this is one area the Daring Do books will be looking at. I doubt we'll see much mention of these lands in the show itself, BUT there is always a chance we'll see them in the comics and other print media.
  20. Pixar: My favorite from them would be Cars, and that is largely because I see the movie as a case-study in geography. Yeah, the racing action is fun & all and the characters are awesome, but the beauty of this movie lies in its message, IMO. While it isn't saying that the interstate system is bad, it showcases a legitimate issues in regards to how they can affect communities that would normally benefit from traffic. Add in the visuals that showcase the beauty of the land, and you have one spectacular and underrated Pixar film, IMO. Dreamworks: My favorite here would the be vastly underrated Sinbad: Legend of the Seven Seas. There isn't much that I can say except that it is a pure adventure movie with some fun action here and there. The characters are actually pretty interesting and the hand-drawn animation is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I like the fact that the female character isn't just some princess but an ambassador with actual responsibilities. Overall, the movie is great, and it is a crime that it didn't do well, IMO.
  21. There isn't one special moment for me. Really, every time I complete the main story or quest in a game, I feel pretty damn proud.
  22. I'll have to do something about a signature. Simply cropping a piece from a picture I commissioned isn't doing the job, I think...

  23. We'll see how this works. As long as we have a lack of shovel-ware, this should be spiffy!
  24. Funny thing about Christian music in my area is that it seems the contemporary stuff is shunned; whether it be rock, pop, or whatnot. I guess that is a result of the isolated culture of this rural area. Considering my 'on the fence' views of my Christian faith, the Christian meanings of the music is...well, muted to me, but some songs are definitely beautiful. Anyway, when it comes to Christian music I tend to prefer the Baroque stylings of J.S. Bach. When I was growing up I was really exposed to southern gospel groups; like the Singing Cookes & the Gaithers. Now-a-days, those groups kinda bore me. Outside of Bach, Christian music has really nose-dived for me, BUT don't take that as me ranting against the genre. I mean when you have beautiful pieces like this, there is obviously things to love for people like me. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JCULWK4tNuc Ah, yah gotta love a good orchestra & choir. <3
  25. Yeah, you could say that. Now-a-days I think I could've made it work, but whatever. ^^
