I think this answer is simple yet complete and correct. These behaviors are not targeted exclusively to bronies, but anyone who goes out of the norm. And by "out of the norm" I don't mean bizarre things, I mean even just simple personal taste .. as in this case.

I understand perfectly what you want to say.All of this is inevitable. It said that people tend to be very intolerant of those who do not fit into the normal canons dictated by the society, so you just need you to do even just a lifestyle different from the others to be targeted. I think over time it can survive, but probably will not be as strong as now. I also think that many sites dedicated to MLP that exist now, in the future will close their doors. I think it will survive only a small number of websites and forums with large populations of users (from now) and have always been a point of reference for the fandom.
