  1. @Blitz Boom "Well it's a bit of a long story. I met a pony from Canterlot, whom I've become friends with for a while now while now, in a forest west of here. I had gotten a bit lost, but I ran into him, and he showed me the way around. His name is Rushing River. Apparently he was visiting that area for a few days. Anyway, he told me he knew a pony who could make a fox costume for me, called Plush Fabric, and told me where she lived. Since then I have been friends with them, though the distance makes it diffficult sometimes." She visited the two whenever she could, and wrote to them occasionally too. Though their distance was a bit far, she felt comfortable to have friends in those areas in case she visited there. Rushing River was a shy, tan maned, turquoise pony. He had a soft and caring personality, but was a loyal and dependable friend. Plush Fabric was an indigo maned, maroon pony who specialized in sewing, fabrics, and costumes. She found normal clothing a bit boring, so she usually avoided it, creating more intersting crafts. Plush took her time with her projects too, putting quality first.
  2. It is shown that ponies don't eat meat in the show, making the use of a meat industry pointless. It makes sense at first, but there is one problem. There has to be some kind of meat industry or source as many ponies have pets, some which are consumers of meat. Unless they made them vegetarians in the show, I don't see how pets like Opalescence or Gummy would live without it. They never shown them eat things like that, but they must somehow. What do you guys think?

Foxes are usually red/orange and white, but they can breed other colors too, usually white, black, gray, or a combination of those.

  4. I once spent over half an hour trying to catch them to take outside. I am more scared of them because they can fly, but I have improved over my fears in the past few months.
  5. In different parts of the world, "daddy longlegs" can refer to at least three animals. The cellar spider, harvestman, or cranefly. These unique arthropods are all very harmless, and can be beneficial as well. Cellar Spiders: These little spiders like to hang out in dark corners and eat small insects. They are a common find in many places. Harvestmen: In the order Opiliones, these tickly arachnids are actually not spiders, as they have one body segment. They are incapable of biting people, and even if they could, they are nonvenomous. These are what I consider daddy long legs. Crane Flies: They may look like huge mosquitoes, but they are harmless and will not bother humans. Unlike the other two, these are insects, having only six legs. Here where I live, I have seen all three listed. However, I only consider harvestmen daddy longlegs. Perhaps some of you may call another animal not listed as one. So what do you consider daddy longlegs to be?
  6. It would make sense, but obviously due to the tone of the show it would not be appropriate to mention directly.
  7. @Blitz Boom "Okay then." Foxy replied to Briar. She was happy to be friends with the two, and briefly forgot about the issue. Luckily she remembered before she wandered off the path, and continued. "Wait a second. Do you mean you plan for us to walk there? I mean I can pay to use a train if you prefer." Foxy liked walking and exploring too, but it seemed like an almost impossible distance to cross on hoof. Then again that may be all Briar and Brittle really know. But to walk from Ponyville to Manehattan would take days, if not weeks.
  8. I don't see the problem. It seems like he wasn't intending to upset anyone, it looks like he just was being funny. I don't see how a simplenpost like that would make someone lose respect. I thought it was a lot worse when I saw the title.
  9. @Blitz Boom Foxy contemplated for a moment. "Well, it was made all the way in Manehattan, which is a little day's travel at the least. Let's try here first. Rarity's is only a short distance from here." Foxy then remembered Brittle, and the spell cast on her a while ago. It could wear off at any time, but Foxy wouldn't want her to be uncomfortable, so she asked, "Are you okay with this, Brittle? The spell may be losing effect soon, but we'll both try to make you feel alright."
  10. I like changelings, especially the new ones. I think they just look pretty and cute, and are kind by nature. I know many people don't like their reform, but I find the colors quite happy and pretty, fitting them well. Besides, Thorax is just so handsome.
  11. Maybe if it's only ONE pony that is my favorite. If it's all, I may still, but it would be a tough choice. Hmm...
  12. I went outside today and found some lovely bugs. I took pictures of a harvestman (also known as a daddy longlegs here) and grasshopper. Don't worry I just moved them so they wouldn't be in the way. (Please excuse my horrid nails.)IMG_20170923_162019183.thumb.jpg.c1da56f03de1523f49e9f965f34a683f.jpgIMG_20170923_162143142_TOP.thumb.jpg.e1c1950ca19e439e19b76d287e6efa7d.jpgIMG_20170923_162338500_HDR.thumb.jpg.2ede68520f2274766a4a5d414047473a.jpgIMG_20170923_161831869.thumb.jpg.9ebf94dabcae58b802d4df519d15c525.jpg

They sure are tickly! As a fellow snake lover I branched into insects and arachnids.

No disrespect, but i rather have a 20 feet python around my neck, then touching a spider or any other bug. D:

  13. @Blitz Boom "Perhaps. We can look around, though perhaps we can do it later, if you already plan to do something. It wasn't made around here, so I wouldn't know where to go. Other than Rarity, but she is probably too busy nowdays. I can put my suit in the tent where it can be safe for now." They weren't too far from it, as it is the same town. Foxy was relieved that she found it at all. It came from all the way from Manehattan, and was expensive, though it meant more to her than that. It was her connection to foxes, and it would be devastating to lose it.
  14. I don't know, but I hope to see other villains as well. I have a feeling she will be reformed, but she's definitely the best villain in the show.
  15. It's good Sunburst is getting attention. He hasn't had a role like this before, so I hope it works out.
  16. @Alexshy Ahh! How did you catch me? *fifty thousand fox boops impossible to dodge*
  17. @Blitz Boom "Thanks Brittle, don't worry. It's just something I've had for a while, and it's just a fox suit." Foxy still looked upset, though she imagined she must have looked silly to care about something so simple and childish. She loved it though, and wore it often especially to help gain trust of foxes that haven't met her before. "I know it must look silly for me to be upset about this, but it is one of my few valuable items." The suit resembled the common red fox, and was made to cover most of Foxy. It was soft, and even wild foxes could take her for one. She had had it for a few years, and it had meant a lot to her and her career.
  18. Not really, I started at 15 if I recall. Don't think that counts, but I'm not as old as others in the fandom.
  19. I know it sounds cliché but I relate to Fluttershy the most. It's one of the reasons I like her so much. I'm shy, have confidence issues sometimes, but I love all animals. Not just some, but reptiles, insects, arachnids, mammals, etc. In the show Fluttershy is the same, and wants to devote her life to it. I want to do similar, though I'm not certain.
  20. @Blitz Boom Foxy looked at her house being repaired. Any valuables in her house likely wouldn't have made it, but she decided to check it out anyway. "I'm just going to check my house out. You can follow if you want." Foxy thanked the workers after walking up to it. Much of the debris was cleared out, but there were still much left, making it a challenge for the workers to remove. A few rooms, (or what was left of them) were inaccessible or crushed, but there were a few open areas. She didn't worry too much about her valuables, as she didn't have many to begin with, except her fox suit. She galloped around the house to find it, which was luckily left in a place without too much damage. Unfortunately, when she found it, the fox suit had a few tears as it had caught against a board. It may not have seen like much to others, but Foxy loved her fox suit, especially as it helped her get closer to the animals. She was visibly upset when she found it damaged, but she tried to to act like so. After that, she walked back out silently, carrying it.
  21. @Blitz Boom Foxy laughed as Briar mentioned the snakes making him into a "home." It gave her quite a funny mental picture, and wondered what Anomaly would think if she were there. "Well, they would be the most dangerous animal I see often, though I have seen and heard signs of potentially more dangerous animals around, so I have had to proceed with caution. I haven't had much time to study them though, and it may be to risky right now. Luckily the timber wolf bite was as bad as it got for attacks, though I have had stumbled and fell down a few times. I sprained two of my hooves once that way. I have learned to be more careful since then." Even though Foxy was a pegasus, her flying was not as strong as some, and by the time she was falling, it was usually too late, especially since she lost sense of direction that time.
  22. Maybe a little, but not a whole lot. They aren't ao childish to make it very obvious, at least in that way.
  23. I haven't seen any recently like that, at least what I recall. I sometimes get completely Chinese ads even though I only am learning Japanese.
  24. I am working on my arachnophobia by picking up a harvestman (also known as a daddy longlegs) today. It was kind of cute, and wasn't bad. He tickled my hand a bit, and I put him in the grass after.

Image in spoiler of what they look like for those curious.

@meme I'm getting over my fear too. They don't hurt but look creepy. My fear isn't completely gone, but I'll work on it.
