  1. I love their expressions: just priceless! especially Rarity's
  2. Cool thanks. Makes sense: the founder once said something along the lines "McDonald's isn't about cooking burgers. The business of McDonald's is real estate."
  3. An interesting audition came up: I can't even know the rates until I sign an NDA.

  4. Indiana Jones and The Temple Of Doom - "First of all, I would like to make one thing clear: I never explain anything. "
  5. If the plush is machine washable according to the tag, I would put the setting of the dryer on delicate, after a hot water wash.
  6. I make updates, or respond to status, or posts on here - I often receive a response, brohoof, or something. I went on facebook and did the same thing with my "real friends" and was like a ghost. I love MLP forums.

  7. Flash will stay loyal to Equestria Twilight Sparkle, even though the princess of friendship has been seeing pony Flash Sentry behind his back.
  8. If you want to be extra caution and kill potential bedbugs without washing it...you could wrap it in a plastic airtight bag and park it outside in the cold for a week, then brush it off very very carefully with a lint remover. Also vacuum it with a hose extension and fabric brush attachment.
  9. phone auto-corrected "bought a car" to "bought a carousel." ....if only.

  10. They sell them separate of Happy Meals? Can you request a specific one? Because I was going to take little one to McDonald's tomorrow maybe and get one.
  11. Wash plushies in a washing machine and any bug will get killed and washed away. If they cant be machine washed, you can do this by hand with soap (ie clothing detergent) and hot water and air dry.
  12. Banned for switching from muffin Muffins to cupcake Muffins.
  13. Very hard question, because well prepared, any option is great. I'm going to say beef wins for me. I'm a Texan, so beef barbeque is king, plus I love well cooked steak, plus beef in Mexican dishes. Followed by: chicken, turkey, pork, lamb and other in that order. Bacon and very good duck a l'orange are wild cards that can surpass the rest, depending on where. However, fish is way low for me: I like fried white fish, fried clams, and tuna sushi - anything else...can't stand. I cannot abide shrimp at all.
  14. Family fun movie day for us three...then I'll probably go again by myself when kid is at school the next day
  15. You had that at least...you may come upon it again. It's really crazy how the game has grown in popularity. I remember in school, I was the ONLY person I knew that had the game, or even hard of the game. I met maybe one person in high school who had played it...it really makes me happy that people can mention "Earthbound" and the automatic response isn't "what? Never heard of it."
  16. For shame. I have my original, with the box and manual/players guide. I tossed the scratch and sniff cards 20 years ago...because they were disgusting.
  17. I also am a fan of the Equestria Girls series. I think Rainbow Rocks is the best, and I hope EG4 matches that.
  18. Back in my day, they were just called vidja games, none of this retro hooey...I've become Cranky Kong... Super Mario Bros. 3...G.O.A.T. Earthbound A Link To The Past
  19. A little worried and frustrated. It's only a few months before our family's big cross country move, and I'm worried I won't get a job when we move. I don't have a job now, and I should get one, but it's been tough to even get something that pays little because where I live they require bilingual employees in almost every job. I'm worried that we're going to move and be in the same situation as now, with me not working...which won't fly at all. I feel that getting a job there will be easier than here, again because I think my degrees will at least get me an interview. Teaching? I have a niche teaching certificate anyway, so finding a job teaching theatre will be hard with my work situation here. I'm frustrated, because once again I secure a big audition, on my own, with my demo, and I swing and miss once again (a few months ago, it was an animated series. This time a national commercial spot). I know that auditioning and failing is all part of the game, but it's hard to play when you have a family to help take care of, and my ability to stay at home and take care of my daughter is running out once Kindegarten starts. So I'm a little frustrated and scared today. I feel like my worry is keeping me from being productive, which I can't stand feeling. Thanks for letting me rant.
  20. This is going to be very practical and boring. If I get booed for putting regular sedan cars I've owned instead of fancy fru fru sports cars, then sorry. I love three of the four cars I've owned. I have a very soft spot for my first car, my parents 1992 Oldsmobile Eighty-Eight Royale. I drove that car to its timely demise in 2003. (None of these pics are me, but same models and color) We also have a 2003 VW Passat. I love it so much I did a total engine replacement in 2011, when the engine died due to oil sludge problems....I SHOULD hate this car because of it...but I don't. And a 2012 Ford Fusion. We've had it a year now, and I love love love it. It's the smoothest car I've ever driven, and has nice highway pickup. The one car I couldn't stand. An early 2000s Ford Mustang, with running horsies on the side (who likes cartoon horses anyway?) Bad pickup, didn't feel sporty at all...felt like a want to be Mustang. It was right before Ford redid the Mustang to look badass once again...we had a jet black remodel one in 2008 in Las Vegas...that was fun to drive.
  21. I stumbled into this episode early into my bronydom, and I remember my wife, daughter and me after watching it all looked at each other dumbfounded throughout, with my wife's response being "what the hell was that!?" She refers to it now as "the awful 100th episode." I enjoy it more after getting the in-jokes, but to the casual viewer, or the younger viewer, or even a regular viewer who doesn't get into the fandom aspect of it all - the episode is pretty confusing, and seems just off compared to the rest of the series. Muffins saying "muffin" the way she does is adorable, and all three of us catch ourselves saying that whenever passing by a muffin in a supermarket....yeah. We're that kind of family.
  22. She teaches and mans the library. Dual certification for the win. And the $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ She probably has a master's degree too! $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ *makes it rain, teacher style* She can afford that pre-owned SUV now!
  23. Cespedes at Mets spring training, let a kid drive his $500K car to Wal-Mart to buy a round waffle iron. All they had was a square one, and Cespedes wanted to cook the team waffles.

    1. Mr Underhill

      Mr Underhill

      the problem is..wal-mart
