I'm not too worried about losing my job but I'd much prefer at this point to get a different one.
I'm glad the safety net plan you have is working! I imagine it can be quite difficult to get all that to work out.
Hope your next therapy session goes well, too! Also, if you get self harm urges again, just wrap yourself in a soft blanket or take a cold/ice bath or just anything that'll desensitize whatever part of you is wanting that kind of release. I'm no mental health professional but I always like to give people advice since I know what that struggle is like.

I can't wait for my long work week to be over, especially since I just know they're going to push my limits out there in this heat, today. At least it's supposed to cool down a bit so maybe the heat wave is ending soon.
