    Now I admit that I can be a bit of a potty mouth online and the one thing I do try and be is careful around here with my language. And to be absolutely honest with myself, that doesn't always go according to plan. Kind of surprised that I haven't been called out for it by moderation for it in the past. Who knows? Maybe I am more controlled than I think. :P

    Anyway. To the point of a personal forum feature that I would love.

    Whenever I unintentionally type a curse/swear word, it automatically converts it to say "squee". :catface:

      @Samurai Equine I'm curious what it would have done if you wrote it in kana. Would it have picked up that "shi" and "te" are different characters. Surely it would. But the thought of the algorithm having a mental break down over it would be hilarious. :ticking:

      @Samurai Equine The character minimum counter hardly works and you want to add a swear counter to it? You want to make users' devices overheat? pinkielmao32.png

      Seriously though, that probably would be possible, but I doubt it would be a good idea. A swear counter could incorrectly imply, that swearing is totally allowed as long as the counter lets you post. In reality, swearing is frowned upon, but occasionally doing so within reason is not the end of the world. Besides, swearing on purpose, once in every single post would be something I'd personally deem too much, and that counter wouldn't stop such users from doing so, even if the limit would be set to only one.

      If not that, users could bypass that limit through multi-posting.

      In the end swearing kind of falls under quality of content, and it's hard to measure it in numbers.

      In regards to kana, I doubt it would pick it up, or at least in this software. I could check that...

      No idea, but I doubt it would have. :derp: And we'll never know because I forgot the name of the domain/provider. Even if I could remember, there is a chance that it's no longer operational by now.

    Mine are mostly Touhou and anime videos. One from 15 years a go. Still one of my top favourites. There are other videos on that person's channel that are also on my list from 15 years a go. Then there is this gem from 17 years a go. I loved Angelic Layer.

    There are really rare occasions where I would suddenly yell out "HA!" But every other habitual quirk I have seems to be more of a stim than a tic. There are times where I start pacing back and forth or rocking side to side. Or suddenly spin on the spot and suddenly clap my hands once really loudly.

      Although, I'm not an ACTUAL sailor. I once did a Sailor Mercury cosplay though. So that counts in my experience. Everybody knows that she probably swears up a storm behind the scenes. Always the quiet ones. I know that very well considering that I AM one of the quiet ones. :kirin:

      Out in public? I hold the grace and dignity of Princess Celestia. Online and in private? Potty mouth engaged!
