Werder Bremen celebrated their 3rd consecutive victory, after a 2-1 victory over Hoffenheim. Goalscorers where Phillip Bargfrede and, once again, Franco Di Santo.

 

Now we have to face Bayer Leverkusen on Sunday. This will be a tough game.

Just watched some Bundesliga. Schalke 1-0 Mönchengladbach. Pretty good match I guess. Mönchengladbach only really got into the match in the last 20 minutes. Ibrahima Traore made quite a big difference for gladbach.

 

On Tuesday Derby face Bournemouth - the league leaders. It's gonna be an awesome match and I'd like to see how we compare to the leaders. Up the rams!

Great day of soccer/football in England today, with the North London Derby on now followed by the Merseyside Derby later. Arsenal up 1-0 on Tottenham about 20 minutes in.

Good win for Norwich today, 4-0 win of Blackpool. Closing in on the playoffs, and Ipswich lost. Happy days!

 

Really feel sorry for the Blackpool fans right now, their club is a complete mess, but their fans were a good laugh all game and were somehow in good spirits.

 

Looked like a close game  from the score. I hope Hughton can turn it round for you soon, although I can't promise he'll do miracles after what he did to Norwich.

Another weekend and another victory for Werder Bremen, who now won the last 4 consecutive games. 

 

I think our new Coach Victor Skripnik and our new Chairman Marco Bode (who are both Werder legends) brought some fresh  air into our team, after being down and out in the last couple of years. We're now ranked 8th in the Bundesliga and if we keep this up, we might even dream of european competition next season.

Norwich are back in the top six for the first time in a while. Hope we can keep this great form up. Massive massive game in two weeks against Ipswich our rivals.... Don't think a derby has meant this much for a long, long time....

Did anybody here meet any actual football players?

 

Because i meet Miroslav Klose, Hugo Almeida and Mesut Özil while they all played with Werder Bremen.

 

I meet Miroslav Klose during a day of the fans event, where i shot a photo with him.

 

Almeida didn't lived far from me and he always jogged with his dog through the park we have.

 

Mesut was always a local in the steakhouse. When i was 19, he asked me if i could sit with him and i said sure. He's actually a very shy person in real life.
