Eh, I just sorta figure that earth ponies variate between holding and putting on their back or in a saddlebag of some sort, though I could see some being able to walk on three legs, albeit slowly and sorta jerky. The Unicorns and Pegasi though, are pretty much as what @@Midnight_Aurora, though I do just have pegasi fly as they hold something too, as that frees up hooves as well.

I know I've kinda done it already, but I'll ask anyways; Maybe later on in the story, but could I introduce Iron Star, yes that's the name Astral's father is going by, he has no backstory, currently. But he is a anti-hero of sorts, doing good with evil, or rather Dark magic. Should I write a backstory for him before making a post with him, actually speaking? Which is where I'm plan to introduce him fully.

You can if you will, but if he's more of an NPC to begin with, you don't need to, and can wing it as we go.

 

Personally, I'd look forward to meeting him considering Chow refereed to him as an old geezer right off the bat. That's gonna make for an interesting moment if they meet face to face.

Being a not very fleshed out character... He probably will be a bit of an NCP. Maybe this could also be used to flesh him out more.

    I might have put things off for a bit, but I'll try my hand at getting around to my responses tomorrow. I've just got a brand new computer to get used to, and it's proving a bit... finicky. It'll just start typing backwards unintentionally or start over again with my sentence so I'll need some time to... sort everything out, heh!

Fart as I recall: It is a family heirloom that was wielded by one of her ancestors a thousand years ago, when she (amongst other families) and other disciples of Luna, took to guard the shrine that they had been tasked with protecting. The blade have been missing for a long time, but during the event which led to the monster being slain, it was recovered in some sort of anomaly in the dream world. Bit odd, but hey, free sword. :3

 

And also, just so you know: You trying to take this will have me forced to take a few drastic measures in the RP when it comes to the next post. Consider your little claw's solo adventure as history. >:3

     Whaaaal now, we Draconikacoys are made of sterner... well, weaker stuff I suppose. You can't just destroy us... technically. It's like killing an idea! Which... which you can do... theoretically... or is it literally? But really now, you bust up that claw to dust and Widdershins won't be able to use his already faulty magiks! I know he's summoning pancakes left, right & flargh, but that's totally different magic. But seriously though. Do eet anyway! Wanna see where this goes!

  Beeees​iiides! That limb is only providing a counterbalance, its the sword that's being the hazard here! You don't blame the blown camshaft when the car breaks do you?

  Figured It was alright to go ahead with anyhow. Some magical swords are made with the express purpose of being wielded by very few. Technically, this way it isn't even being wielded at all!

I actually do have a fun place where you can enter and have some fun: What say you to meet up with the forepony herself, Last Stand, who is currently having her white-flames-engulfed sword swung wildly in the air by an animated Draconequus claw? Trust me, it's weird, but I think that's what @@Widdershins wanted.

 

It could be fun. You could for example smack the sword away with magic and into the ground, after perhaps having stopped up at first because you saw fire and got curious. :3 Or another approach. Could be be entertaining. ^^

 

If not that (just a suggestion of course) what else might you have in mind hombre? I can likely fit in something in whatever approach finds your interest.

@@Blitz Boom, that sounds interesting, actually. i very well might do that. the only question i might have is how many are currently in that area? i often don't enjoy it when my character is overshadowed by the hordes of others, so something where it's just a few ponies would be in my best interest.  

also, could you link me to the characters in play?

also, i don't know how many other characters there are who are willing, but i would very much enjoy it if my character could end up in a romance with someone else. so if there's a way that could be set up, it would be great. if not, oh well

 

also! could you please clarify the current setting that the characters are in so that i don't make any moves that seemingly make no sense?

There's just Widdershine the Draconequus and Last Stand the earth mare in the setting currently, with perhaps an NPC of mine and a centuries old pony that looks like a colt later on. Depends on how much they will interact, though for now, they aren't near one another yet.

 

As for the scene, Last Stand basically had her sword stolen by the animated claw of Widdershine that she were going to fetch for him so that he could repair a house he imploded, and now the little thing is swinging it wildly in the air, though it seems to be swinging from momentum, so there is likely an easy pattern to work with here.

 

This is also the day after the town got attacked, and reparations are going on. It is also evening, and the period between the dark night and light day is upon us. ^^ There's still light until it have been mentioned that Celestia dragged the sun away at least, and that haven't happened yet.

 

As for a love interest... Well, depends on your preferences. If Phoenix wants a traditional sort of thing, the only two males in this equation are the centuries old one that looks like a feminine colt, and the draconequus. Might be a hard sell. If a mare i´s what's looked for, I have one from the Coast Guard with the two mentioned just before this. Barely fleshed out, so might be something there.

 

There is also the option for a new ones to join in and fill the role, or for me to get on the creator and see if I can whip something up if there ain't any takers. Options enough, but the choice is yours. ^^

@@Blitz Boom, certainly alot of options, yeah. if you really wanted to, i would say the option i would enjoy the best is the one where you make a new character and have them help serve that purpose, but i don't want to put too much on you. i would say the second best option would be for her to meet another mare.

Well the way I have Cacora set up, she would need such a relationship to actually achieve her final evolution. However, as her gender preference isn't determined by physical form but by personality, she would also fit into a male based role for a standard relationship. Edited March 13, 2017 by Midnight_Aurora
