Green Day is a very annoying band. They're a generic punkrock band that makes boring music. I especially can't stand "Wake me up when September ends." It's utterly juvenile, and has vocals I thought I would only hear in a parody of punk bands. Absolutely dreadful song.

This song plays at my work all the time and I hear it every thirty minutes. It's not this particular version (I can't seem to find the one I always hear) but I just can't stand hearing this song anymore.

I agree. And this is why I don't take them seriously as musicians since they're supposed to be comedians. Therefore, they should be taken seriously as comedians. That's why Ylvis is under the genre of comedy music.
