So I was looking through my old pictures and uncovered this nonsense I forgot I did... I made up a convoluted headcannon once that Tom the bolder was actually an earth pony prince who was turned into a bolder by Discord and probably was in love with Rarity but, alas, was a rock. Thought it might amuse some people.

Tom's excitement that Rarity was going to take him back to Ponyville and wanted to spend the rest of her life with him. Tom's bitter disappointment when Twilight Sparkle snapped Rarity out of the enchantment that had allowed her to see his true self.
