Conspiracy Theories?

Sectus

Recommended Posts

Hey guys!

So, personally I'm not one to believe in or come up with conspiracy theories, but I do find them interesting to read and think about. The theories surrounding 9/11 and similar large, awful events, while disrespectful to the memories of those lost, can be quite interesting. Do you have any theories you've liked, or even believed?

Discuss!

The only conspiracy theories that come to mind for me right now are the following:

- The moon landing was staged

- The grassy knoll conspiracy

- "Subverted" inventions / technologies

- Reptilians run the world governments

... I'll try to think of more after a bit of sleep!

To me i can find conspiracy theories interesting but i know the fact that they are full of crp but they can bring up some valid points to.

9/11 conspiracy is just silly, why would you blow up an important building that was used for trade?

Time travellers don't exist, there is no proof of this and pics of those who claim is time travellers clearly are stupid. no offence.

aliens also don't exist.

but still i just have to deal with it.

The Denver airport's runways appear to form a swastika if seen from above. There are also a lot of creepy paintings and artwork there, which makes you think if the airport is more than just an airport .

I've heard SO MANY conspiracy theories.

Michael Jackson was murdered, and Elvis is not really dead.

Chem trails in the air are let loose by special tanks on planes specifically to poison us.

Many of the presidents were Freemasons.

Backwards and hidden messages in music are put there on purpose to brainwash people.

The destruction of the twin towers on US dollar bills and other evidence mean that the government planned it all.

AND EVERYTHING HAVING TO DO WITH THE ILLUMINATI! Including how most famous celebrities today are part of that society and are also reptilians

My mom watched alot of videos about this stuff when she became a real hardcore Christian a few years ago, but I don't really believe most of this stuff >_>

I find conspiracy theories to be just completely stupid. I believed most of them at one point, but I grew and realized how ridiculous the they sound now.

First of all, the 9/11 conspiracy is completely false, let alone disrespectful. Theorists are trying to tell you the things hundreds of people saw with their own eyes didn't actually happen. I also think the moon landing conspiracy is also complete BS.

Some of my other favorites include:

• mermaids

• ancient aliens

• illuminati and the music industry

• holocaust cover-up

I used to really enjoy watching the history channel. I stopped when they turned their programming interests towards fueling the conspiracy theorists. It's really sad because they used to have some really interesting documentaries about the Civil War and World War II (my two favorite history subjects).

I think they're interesting because I get to see something from an alternative POV. I like the world government and depopulation one the most because I like how the conspiracy theorists connect the dots as ask "Why does this exist?" or "Why is this still legal?".

All my life needed was a sense of someplace to go. I don't believe that one should devote his life to morbid self-attention. I believe that someone should become a person like other people.

The Phantom Time hypothesis is my favourite of these brand of theories. Seems pretty down to earth in comparison to others.

I highly doubt that Lee Harvey Oswald was the only one involved in JFK's assassination. I used to believe in the theory that LBJ was involved in the assassination somehow, but now I have accepted that I may never find a theory that will satisfy me. All I can say is that I do believe that there is more to the assassination than just Oswald; perhaps the government was involved in some way.

I have little knowledge on 9/11 conspiracy theories so, at least as of now, I don't believe in any of them. But I wouldn't be too surprised if the attack was in fact staged to give the US a reason to be involved in the Middle East. Then again, they did enter Iraq without legitimate reason so perhaps 9/11 would not have been necessary for that reason.

My oldest uncle is an Illuminati conspiracy theorist, he sees the Illuminati responsible for 9/11, Sandy Hook and the financial crash, I think he watches too many conspiracy theory videos on YouTube, he does watch Infowars and likes Glenn Beck, My father on the hand, is the most sceptical person I have ever known, he is good a poking holes in the conspiracy theories, especially in 9/11 and Sandy Hook truthers, which are some of the most eccentric people I have ever heard of, my father has said these theorists are only plausible to those already inclined to believe them, preconditioned and vulnerable to those who want to use their credulous nature, as for me I do not believe in any conspiracy, I take after my father and examine all of the facts, and not just accept theory as fact, unless it can be observed and tested.

I find that conspiracy theories usually happen when someone is withholding important information.  I'm dead certain we didn't receive full Government disclosure about 9/11 for starters, nor the Kennedy assassination, nor any of those flights that went down.  The public gets treated like idiots, and then of course react with their own fanciful version of events - in a conspiracy theory.
