Literally speaking papery with a little foil type plastic smell. At least that's what I thought it smelled like the last time I used it. Could be wrong.

pinkie: vinella and chocolate scented (shes into baked goods so something of this combo)

applejack: cinnomon apples  (im thinking she would be into cinnomon with apples)

rarity: lavender with hints of musk  (smple but uquie just like her dresses or just lavender)

rainbowdash: pink lemonade with hints of raspberries bright and  zippy

fluttershy:jasmine sweet pea and a hint of cherry blossoms very floral but sweet in a suddle way

twilight: sandel wood(closest things to book pages) earl grey with hints of lavender mysterious but calming and relaxing

I think your first mistake was giving people the idea of these smells in stores, when the stores don't even have all of the mane 6 in ANY form of merchandise, no less anypony other than the mane 6.

I'm not exactly sure i understand what you're saying, but i plan to expand my things beyond the mane 6. I'm not a store i'm just a person who likes my little pony. Do you think the people who make that stuff have watched one second of the show? lol

Fluttershy needs something soft on the senses, a flower of some kind.

 

Twilight could have a kind of thick, mysterious fragrance.

 

Rarity, well, a perfume like smell.

 

Pinkie should have...well, kinda stumped here. A cake smell?

 

Applejack should have either an apple scent, or just a really country smell.

I love the smell of old books!  This gets my vote.  but the smell of books out of context would probably be really confusing.  Especially coming from a pony candle.

I've actually purchased / lit a number of scented candles in the past intended to invoke Rainbow's scent.  I started with candles with words like "breeze" and "rain" in the name, but scented candle manufacturers seem to believe that those things smell like soap.  I moved on to Skittles candles, and I ultimately found a mix of fruity scents that I especially liked.  Pomegranate, perhaps surprisingly, was one I found both fitting and appealing.

 

But the way Dashie's plush smells straight out of the washer is quite nice. x3  "Lavender and sweet vanilla."

Well, Pinkie Pie would smell like a bakery. The sweet smell of cupcakes is always lingering around her and her breath smells like frosting.

 

Rarity would smell like fresh perfume from being around beauty stuff.

 

Applejack would smell like dirt and sweat from working in the fields.

 

Rainbow Dash would smell like either clouds, or Skittles.

 

Twilight would smell like parchment and quills.
