First try at drawing ponies xD

So while i mainly focus on combining random vector on google and generic wallpapers i decided to give it a try to actually draw something and considering i suck at drawing >.> but i think it came out more nicer than what i had hope xD

 

So here is the "Finish Part"

 

The following is how i did it dunno if its correct "procedure" or what but it help me do this to begin with xD

I wont ask for criticism cause its not worth the time but i would appreciate pointer or tips or whatever they are call xD

This looks like a pretty good first attempt.

 

You could try:

~ Making the body a bit more thicker.

~ Making the muzzle a little more closer in.

 

But overall, this looks pretty good.

yeah xD i was trying to go for the "Bean Shape" body but it ended up more like a carrot xD thx for the tips tho ^^

This was eons better than my first try, I can say.

 

I just think the body is a tad too long and the muzzle is a bit strange. Otherwise, it's really quite good. Well done!

Yeah i had trouble with the muzzle cause on the second and 3rd sketch it was more pointier but i thought it would look like a duck so i change it to a rounder one but hopefully my next one will be better thx for the tips ^^

The body is too long. That's my main problem with the whole drawing. Also, the mane/tail combo seems too flat and simple and that doesn't help giving the sense of life that pony drawings should give.

 

Nonethless, you followed correctly the process of pony drawing. Your drawing, to be your first one according to you, isn't that bad, now the job is improving those issues that you made and become better.

Thx, yeah i agree that the mane and tail are simple (tbh just put it there cause i don't like bald ponies xD) as for the second part of your comment ill say this, i like to draw random stuff so i watch a lot of guides on youtube but there is a difference between watching and doing so hopefully my next one will be better thx for the advise
