I think a thread about ads deserves a shoutout to Billy Mays, but they weren't annoying, they were *sniffs* of a caliber no other pitchman could achieve. RIP Billy Mays

 

But for annoying ads all car commercials win out for me: they're boring to the point of being annoying.

The "Cool Ponds" commercial (an absolutely revolting commercial).

 

 

and the "Nice, Clean, and Beautiful Lawn" commercial (played too much (usually after the one I mentioned previously) and the dude with the ukulele looks like my chemistry teacher).

Those Chevy Sonic commercials, nothing bad with the commercials themselves but having to listen to "We are young" eight times in a freaking hour gets on my nerves. (Seriously, I counted how many times in an hour I saw that commercial.)

This add isn't really annoying but seeing it at every commercial break from 2010-2012 it became REALLY annoying.They would show it three times every commercial break.That's 600 of these in one day.

Be glad FiM has changed everything. Well, to be honest, the commercials for G4 toys annoy the crap out of me http://mlpforums.com/public/style_emoticons/default/dry.png. It reminds me which target market this was originally for and I especially hate the Friendship Express toy train one. Pinkie's voice in that commercial doesn't even really remotely match the one in the show -_-.
