Does anyone have a type of Pinkie sense?

So we all know how Pinkie has her Pinkie sense to know when something is about to happen, or Cheese Sandwich with his cheese sense to know when somepony needs a party. Well I have a sixth sense when it comes to TV shows. When I'm thinking of some moment in any show and I check the TV listings to see what is on at the moment, I notice the moment I'm thinking of is being played on TV at that time. Funny enough it happened to me three days in a row. Does anyone else have a type of Pinkie sense or sixth sense when it comes to anything?

Sixth sense? Haven't seen that movie yet. No but for real, dunno if this counts, but ever since i watched vanilla sky for the first time, i started seeing it in every dvd shop, like they just ordered it in all of a sudden, surprising considering its a super old film

Pretty lame Pinkie sense I admit, but i feel I have a pretty accurate internal clock as I'll tense up shortly before an alarm I set is about to go off. I have to know how much time it was set for though, but shortly before it goes off I kind of mentally register that time is about to be up and it interrupts whatever else I was thinking about. Example, set a timer for 8 minutes because I'm baking a pizza, go sit on the couch and press play on a movie or TV show. 7 minutes and 50 seconds or so later I'll...you know what, I bet statistically this only happens on rare occasions but I like to imagine I have some weird ability or power because I grew up watching Star Wars and Luke Skywalker has rad force powers. I'm a pretty normal dude I reckon. Pinkie is so great.

I have something similar, but it's only about 60% accurate. I get this weird feeling about a person. I don't know what it means most of the time, until they do something bad. I have had false positives where I thought it was going to turn out bad with someone and they totally surprised me that they're not a bad person. But generally my sense usually means that this person is going to do something bad or is a bad person to begin with. When I get this feeling about a certain person I am careful around them, expecting disaster.

Same. I have 2 labels for people: trust, and don't trust.

My luck is rather odd. Most of the time, I have terrible luck, especially in 50/50 chances (there was an entire 5-year long period where I could not win a coin flip if anything was on the line at all), but yet very very VERY unlikely things tend to happen to me. I've won a few random drawings/door prizes, I've won various luck-related prizes, and I've even found some four-leafed clovers. And for some reason, whenever something really lucky is going to happen to me, I know what's going to happen before it occurs.

There are also a multitude of other quite odd things that have happened to me, but listing them all would take forever X3 Being a supernatural enthusiast, I'm open to a PM at any time if anypony wants to hear any of them :3 I've got a few ghost stories (although only one of them has happened to me), more stories of premonition, one time I almost died, and quite a few other miscellaneous strange events (many of which involve dreams).

I've had some dreams where a very prominent part of it happens the next day. It's happened a few times and most recently I had a dream involving an earthquake the night of the Nepal one.

I think that is more representative of a person's natural intuition. I will say that I have observed people who are more faith or emotionally driven being more naturally intuitive than people who are more logical and rational. I do not have hard statistics or research to back this up only my personal experience.

As for me personally, I'm not sure if it's a "sense" as much as the general policy, but my interactions with others tend to be more beneficial to me in the long run when I am open, sincere, and honest.

I think we all do have some sort of sixth sense where we just get a bad feeling about something. As if there is a voice inside our heads telling us something is up.

When I turned into a brony I would see My Little Pony no matter what I looked up. Then I moved to the City and there is over 2 bronies/pegasisters in my class. Sorry if that doesnt count.

Not sure if this counts but I am very good at detecting others in the same room if they enter. Often happens when I am listening to music and I have my eyes close. If I recall there is some science behind. I would call it the science of sudden appearance.

Well my sixth sense is odd and it puts a lot of the sixth senses movies have be put to shame. My sixth sense is the ability to sense everything. So basically it can do a lot of stuff which some I don't even know yet as my sixth sense keeps on getting bigger.

I wouldn't call it a sense, but it's something I guess.

I'm able to very easily detect when someone is joking and when they're being flat out offensive. Even online, I'm able to pick up on when someone is being patronising or sarcastic just by the language they use.

Well I get these little "deja vu"esque predictions on like nightly/morningly basis. Like I'll remember something from somewhere or sometime and then later that day/next few days someone else will bring it up... something thats wildly specific and impossibly connectious. Whole life's been like that-its weird, yo.

What'll it be tonight? Fuck-if-I-know!

Heh.

The truly amazing aspect of Pinkie Sense is how she can discard the extra information from a prophecy and hence be able to actually DO something with the information.

IE: If you know an anvil is going to fall on your friend, the best you can manage is to have a first aid kit ready.

If all you know is an anvil is about to fall, you retain the ability to move your friend out of the way.

Like the author of this thread I’ve always had an accurate sense of exactly what episode of a certain show was going to air on TV. It didn’t matter what show, I just knew which ep was going to play next.

I also have an accurate internal body clock; I know what time of day it is almost to the minute, even if I just woke up out of a sound sleep.

There is one other thing; I seem to know when something is going to hit me in the face. Whenever I’m mowing my parents’ lawn I always close my eyes a split second before some unseen debris, flung by the mower, flies up and hits me. I don’t know if that’s a sense or just good reflexes, but if I can’t see the object coming, how would I know to shut my eyes? I’m still studying this to see if there’s more to it than meets the…eye. :please:
