I think, I drove myself insanely angry at a video game many years ago, as I was trying to get something, that wasn't even possible.

 

Also, being angry is something I think we all need to be. We just need to remember to not hurt others because we lose our temper.

I usually let it seep out of of me as I listen to heavy metal. Rarely I’ll throw a plushie instead, but I don’t wanna hurt those little babies

I’ll usually just listen to heavy metal and hope the anger will pass soon

Edit: Haha I forgot I already posted here. Well, sometimes I try to listen to/watch relaxing things so I can at least calm down as well.

I usually just get depressed or sad, not angry. On the rare occasion I am angry I’ll eat something because odds are I’m just hangry.
