Applejack: Sunset, I've been having this worried feeling that us non-pony people being exposed to your Equestrian magic might have adverse effects on us.

Sunset Shimmer: I understand your worries, but this world's Twilight was exposed to high concentrations of magic. You know if anything bad was to happen, it would be her first. Think of her as the canary in the coal mine.
