Is this game out already? I could have swore it was going to be released on Halloween.

 

Anywho, about the trailer, as much as I think this series is a bit overrated, the trailer for this entry is terrifying to me. The animatronic designs are the most eerie that they have ever been and the atmosphere to this one looks amazing, this could very well be the best of the series I think. I hope it preys more on fear rather than convoluted mechanics and jumpscares. Jumpscares of course will still be a thing but I hope it makes the game more scary rather than just relying on those.

I'm interested, to say the least... I've never been a fan of the series, but I don't mind the new entries. They make some good Game Theory episodes~

 

Also, apparently it's not even "at Freddy's" anymore. It's at some random kid's house?

After the Trend that, whenever a new game is released some random person just screams " WALKING CONFIRMED!! " in the comments, to confuse everybody, i guess this time it is 

 

It actually looks like a complete 3D rendered House instead of the Still Images from previous Games, which would be an improvement of course, but the graphic.... ugh.. 

 

I know its harder to make a real 3d game and models and to design it, instead of just having to focus on still images, but it just looks like a graphic decrease.

 

The Animatronics look like they would come from an old ps 1 game or something, and the building doesnt look special at all.It looks normal..to normal.. 

Other than that, i have no strong feelings about this game. I only watch Lets Plays from the games anyway, because the whole series so far, is nothing more than a jumpscare party, where you have to find the story on the internet, because the game itself barely tells you anything.

 

So i wouldnt play it anyway.

I'm not really shocked that Five Nights 4 came out early, but I feel Five Nights 4 didn't really answer anything, if anything I'm confused about the whole thing.

Ugh, god no. They shouldn't even have gone past the first game. It's nothing but jumpscares, and the story is passable at best. If there's another game, I'm gonna go insane.

The gameplay's just one big dream/hallucination, while the cutscenes are his memories of what leads to the Bite.

 

Basically, his big brother's a jerk who loves scaring him, but accidentally goes too far in trying to make him "kiss" Fredbear / Golden Freddy.

Ok, also from watching playthroughs on Youtube I noticed the Purple Guy in one cutscene so I assume he's working there around the time the Bite happens, but I've heard several people say that the incident in Five Nights 4 is another bite incident, meaning there's two incidents where a child has been bit by an animatronic. I don't know all of it is confusing to me.

I don't really think this is the last we'll see of Five Nights At Freddy's also MatPat's theory of Five Nights 4 was quite interesting.
