Are you a Night Owl or a Morning Person?

Definitely not a morning person. I normally just lie in bed for an hour or so after I wake up. On days I don't have class (especially during long breaks), I sometimes don't feel fully awake until around dinner time.

I'm actually kind of both and kind of neither. If that makes sense.

Clarification: I go both ways, though recently I've begun to prefer staying up later at night (some days as late as 2 or 3 a.m.) and getting up around 8 or 9. I feel like optimally though I should sleep at midnight or so and wake up at about 8.

Definitely morning. I naturally wake up from 6:30 am to 7:00 am each day, and that's the way I like it. Don't make me get up any earlier than that, though. Which...my current job requires. >.<

I've always been more of a morning person...I have a very hard time staying up late but I'll happily wake up and start my day at 4 am....

I am a nite owl but find I feel better if I get up early. I really need to switch this up. Any idea on resetting sleep patterns.

Though there are definitely days where I wish I was a morning person, I am a stone-cold night owl, having been this way since I was a teenager. Sometimes, I wish I could get myself in bed sooner for an early rise in the morning that would help me feel more adjusted, but I just love the night and staying up late too much. :LunaMCM:

I'd say night owl all the way. Late night has a cozy aesthetic. Mornings are really nice too but with my whacked out sleep schedule I don't get to see very many of them if its not a day I'm supposed to be in class.

I love night time and darkness, can't stand stand day light and that Awful Sunshine summers are worst, the sun mocks me making me wait forever to see the beauty and wonder that unfolds at night...,.

I can be a morning person and a night owl, it all depends on my body clock.
