So while re watching a particularly old Machinima series I came across one part in it that had this:

 

 

And that got me thinking; If any of you had a movie that you'd have really loved to make a sequel for, what would it be? And no, it doesn't have to be an inane, done for laughs example like the one above. You can be completely serious with it if you like, even give us some detail if you've got any.

 

Personally, I'd have loved to make a sequel to Tommy Wiseau's "The Room". How hard could it be? I'd just get a bunch of us together, film some random, completely out of context scenes with little to no script, and have the rest of it just be sitting around a TV watching the original movie and giving a running commentary. I'd call it: "Another Room."

I dunno, for movies it's rare for me to want a sequel to it. And any movie I'd usually like to see more of are usually sequel prone(Star Wars, Super Hero movies)

I would love to make a Sequel to the Movie " Timesweep " 

The Movie is just so great and original, i was shocked that the movie is widely unknown and is considered to be a really bad b-movie.

In Timesweep, the people are trapped in some sort of " Out-of-Time Place " where other dimensions and other timezones cross each other and...i just quote someone else :

A group of people enter an old movie studio and are suddenly confronted with a variety of strange phenoma. Among other things they are transported through time and the building is surrounded by a deadly acid fog . The filmmakers also throw Roman centurions, alien spaceships and giant killer roaches at the hapless explorers, decimating the groups one by one.

 

Yeah...yeah, the movie is weird but thats the best of this Movie   Is so surreal and the idea is so cool that different dimensions cross each other and they put just so many different things in it, like aliens, monster, different places that exist in that one filmstudio like you go trough a door and are all of a sudden somewhere else in another world..i just loved the movie because i had never seen something like that before.

I would love to make a sequel to that.

At the end of the Movie, they even say that some of the Characters will meet again in Timesweep 2...but they never did because Timesweep 2 was never made...sadly 

Thats why i want to make that sequel

Too many movie series have a great first movie and then they go and make a sequel which ends up rubbish.

I would make a sequel to the golden compass, but I would make it good and have a backbone about the plot. Better yet, I would actually finish the storyline of the movie I was working on. If they had done the ending properly instead of just cutting it off right before the book's climax, just maybe it would have made audiences interested in seeing more of it. But no, let's make the climax about the fight at svalbard and market the living hell out of Yorik.

I don't know which movie I'd like to make a sequel for, though there are several sequels I wish never existed.

 

Still, I keep waiting to see if, maybe, somehow, they actually make Buckaroo Banzai vs. The World Crime League.

I would have said Incredibles 2 a few years ago, but Pixar has kinda gone downhill for me, and now I'm a lot more skeptical about the upcoming sequel.

Also The Incredibles needs to add a sequel!  THE MOLE PEOPLE!

I would go with the classic 1951 science fiction film produced by George Pal, "When Worlds Collide". It was based on the novel of the same name written in 1933. There was a sequel novel "After Worlds Collide" (I read and enjoyed both) that George Pal wanted to make a film adaptation of, but he never got the green light because his movie "Conquest of Space" bombed in the theaters. Cecil B. Demille wanted to produce a movie version epic in the 1930's, but that never happened either.

 

I wish I could go back and time and convince people to let George Pal do the sequel!

I'd love to get a sequel to The Road To El Dorado. How these dashing con men never caught on with the kiddies is beyond me.
