Oh, a few. When I was a kid, I cried at the first Pokemon episode, and the scene in Gundam Wing when Quatre's sister died and he went nuts. Then there's Toy Story 3, Up, and Wall-E. I also teared up a bit watching Burn Notice when Nate was killed.

Hmmm........ Harry Potter *SPOILERS!!!* when (I forget which one) one of the weasly brothers died. Oh god the feels. And "In one piece" (Anime) Chopper's guardian died and he tried to save him and then in the end he thought he hated chopper because he shot near him to get away before Chopper also got his "illness" God I cried for a little ;-;

One Piece has made me cry a whole bunch! Fullmetal Alchemist, too. Heck, a lot of anime have!

 

Other TV shows and movies, I don't really recall any... But I guarantee there were some, at least in terms of movies.

The ending to The Lord of the Rings gets me every time.

The ending of The Mist is pretty horrible...and sad...very sad...in fact its the most saddest thing ive ever saw.

 

Also, many of the Lost episodes got me crying, when characters meet each other again after a long long time for example.

I really don't get why people love depressing movies so much... Lots of movies have made me cry, but depressing movies aren't really my favorites

Furious 7 almost made me cry. 

 

The first Pokemon movie teared me up.

Someone already mentioned Up. A true testament to that movie's tearjerkiness. Yes, I bawled like a baby the first time I saw it... and the second time... and the third...

 

Any sad pet movie kills me. Yes, I'm talking Marley & Me and similar movies. I was pure waterworks watching that the first time. :/

 

Honorable mention to The Lion King. You know what scene I'm talking about.

 

As for TV series? There's an episode of Rugrats (90's kid here) that goes into detail about Chuckie's deceased mother that really broke my heart. There was a similar episode of Hey Arnold where Arnold is led to believe he's an orphan or something to that effect and it was fairly depressing. And finally, that really old Pokemon episode where Ash released his Butterfree. To this day I can't watch it without crying. x_x

I've tried to cry while reading/watching shows/movies, I've honestly tried my best, but nothing happens.

 

The first time I saw David Tennant (My favourite Doctor) Regenerate, I might have come close, but then Matt Smith came on screen and starting being silly and such, so I started laughing right after the death of my favourite character.

 

 

But several things have certainly made me sad enough to cry, but I just can't, no matter what.
