gaming Smash Bros - Who's your main?

I've usually always done Link for all the Smash games, but I've been trying out Megaman a lot in the wii u version.

I never played the first two Smash Bros games, but in Brawl I use a wide range of characters. But I think... I think I use Bowser the most, simply because he has extremely powerful attacks if you can land them well. On the contrary, when playing SSB4 I almost always choose Greninja, and after him, Little Mac. This is because of how nimble they both are, and if you land an attack there's the potential to do some heavy damage. With Greninja, using fast and repetitive light attacks is a favourite move of mine, but there are so many other awesome combos you can accomplish with Greninja that I could never remember them all. As for Little Mac, he is fast and has very heavy hitting attacks, which is great. I always look for characters who can dodge attacks and basically make the match a wild goose chase, but can also deal some good damage. So... yeah, Greninja.

My main is Link, in all the 4 parts. He feels like the perfect Smash Bros character for me.

Link, he is my bud. He is the only character I would actually consider myself to be slightly 'good' with, even that is stretching it a bit though. Below him are Megaman and Olimar, both of which are fun to play with, but I am not very good at it.

Tbh SB4 is the only one I have had a proper main on, mostly played as whoever I felt like on older ones.

(Smash 4 is when I started getting into the competitive meta, so that's why I play as more characters in that game.)

I would first like to say that I appreciate all the time you took to make that poll, must have been a few minutes! c:

It took about 15 minutes to make that poll. I had to look up the Smash Bros rosters and felt the need to make the names exactly alike to the names on the slots, even though they will know what I'm talking about.

 

By the way, I made the poll multiple choice because many people have multiple mains, like me maining PAC-MAN and Plautena.

Ahh, you spam down B? I don't think you should do that, you will get really predictable and lose a lot. I think you should explore Pikachu more if you are a Pikachu down B spammer.

My Favorite one in Super Smash Bros was always Kirby.

 

I havent played any of the other games, except Melee maybe by a Friend one time? 

 

But i would always choose Kirby, not really because of his abilities, but rather because i think hes cute, thats why i use him

Super Smash Bros Melee- This is one I've played by far the most. Our Brawl still doesn't work all that much. Pikachu and both Ocarina of Time Links. Really kick ass as Pikachu lmao

You seem to like the easy characters I enjoy using hard characters to use because I like learning the potential of my fighter. For example, PAC-MAN was extremely hard to learn because I mained him when I didn't even know a single basic in Smash Bros. All I could do is learn how to do something really powerful and once I learned I would do nothing else. Not knowing the basics of Smash Bros and choosing a character that's extremely hard to master was the hardest thing in my life that I ever remember. Now I know how Smash works and I'm pretty good. Not to brag. And sorry for writing an unnecessary essay.

Smash 64: I don't really have a main in this game since I don't really play it very often. However, if I was going to choose one character, it would have to be fox.

 

Melee: The characters that I prefer to play in this one are Ganondorf and Fox. There's nothing quite like crushing the hopes and dreams of your opponent by either shine spiking them offstage as fox or just plain stomping them into oblivion as Ganondorf.

 

Brawl: Samus and jigglypuff. I've only just recently begun to play this game often after abandoning it for Project M about a year or two ago.

 

Project M: (Yes, I know that this is a mod, but it might as well be counted as a game honestly.) Anyway, I mainly use Shiek, Snake, and fox in PM.

 

Smash 4: Don't have a main in this one since I don't even play it.
