Would you give Princess Celestia a pet?

Would you give Princess Celestia a pet? As in caress/rub/stroke her head/mane/chin/ears etcetera sort of thing.

 

Celestia wants you to pet her. It's been thousands of years since the last human has been in Equestria. Long since dead from old age. Celestia  misses the pets her human friend gave her. She finds nothing beats a human hand in petting. Nothing! She thinks hooves and other appendage are inferior when compared to human hands when it comes to petting. Human hands are the apex appendage when it comes to petting.

 

 

She gives you cute, pleading doggy eyes. Would you be evil enough to deny her a pet? Or you could not resist giving her a pet?

I doubt I could resist petting Celestia even if she didn't ask for it.  Her guards would have to restrain me, otherwise there would be nose boops, hugs and mane stroking in addition to the pets.

If it gets me brownie points with a (seemingly) immortal and powerful ruler of Equestria, then sure. I would probably pet Obama if he really wanted me to. It wouldn't be as weird as petting a person. I mean, I've pet horses before, so how different would it be other than the horse can talk?

If it's the *touching* pet, I reckon I will give her as long as she wanted one. I wouldn't be doing this actively, but as long she wants, I'm fine with it. I don't know how her skin feels like though - furry or plastic? (Well the show's a toy commercial anyway)
