I was really upset because I was scheduled to work on my birthday next week, even though I requested off ahead of time...but at least it's not too long of a shift.

One of my favorite Ben and Jerry's ice cream flavors, Minter Wonderland, has been discontinued. It was one of my favorite Holiday treats and I haven't been able to find it at any food store online or locally. It wasn't the only favorite flavor they discontinued as there were a couple other Ben and Jerry's ice cream flavors that I used to get until they stopped making them (S'mores and Change is Brewing). Why do they have to get rid of so many nice things?

Every time I take off work I get a message from somebody needing me to do something. I don’t have backup because the company refuses to train or hire and half the times it’s not urgent. Just people wanting stuff done now and not wanting to wait. I have my out of office on and when I will be back. I was in the middle of allergy testing a few weeks ago getting demands to hop on and do stuff. I couldn’t be offline for just a few hours to be at an appointment.

I was “supposed” to be off between Monday and new years as I took off. It even shows that online by my name. However I had to hop on Monday to do something. Then I get a message from somebody today saying they need my help with something. This time however, I asked this person if it was urgent as I’m supposed to be out of office till next year. Naturally, it was not urgent and they will find someone else.

But it has me like really pissed as I cannot take a vacation day for myself. I’m sure with the company being sued they’ll have even more excuses not to train and hire backup

I saw a few Tell Your Tale styled drawings that implied Twilight Sparkle outlived her friends and it made me realize that Hasbro made a huge mistake by making G5 a sequel to G4. Not only did it limit the potential of it, but it also led to people being under the impression that Twilight Sparkle was still alive and her friends have passed away from age, despite Megan McCarthy stating that Twilight would not outlive her friends when people asked her that question when the FIM Season 3 finale premiered. Now I'm afraid to watch any more of G5 because I fear that its writers may have disrespected the wishes of the FIM production team.
