I say Sunset has empathy reserved (yay MM for that little nugget of insight). 

Forgiveness makes the most sense, not only because of her own back story, but also because it has been a theme with her interactions with other characters. 

Magnanimity sounds to much of a tongue twister.

Light.  Because it can mean a bunch of different things, several of which could apply to Starlight (such as hope, trust and forgiveness, all things which have been associated with light at one point or another in a cartoon or Anime).

There are and have always been 6 elements, adding a seventh one would make things more complicated, would be unnecessary, and at this point the elements aren't even relevant anymore. She doesn't need one.
