Oh, I've got an adorableness generator. It's powered by the laughter of children.

As far as I'm aware, it should be a Dutch accent local to Tich's region of Belgium, but as you can see, Tich said it's inconsistent. I blame it on the adorableness generator occasionally causing irony spikes. Still working out the kinks in the design, you see.
