but i will reply that pinkie pie switched the method of obtaining oxigen from the air by transferring the lungs abiliti to her mane and tail

   Well, there is the distinct possibility that sans mouth isn't really all that much of a hindrance to Ms. Pink of Pie. Like sawing off a faucet, cementing it shut and shutting it off, still doesn't mean that water can't still travel up the pipes; it just can't come out. Pinkie is merely subsequently muffled, not suffocated. Quite possibly something only she can cope with given her specialized role in the show as somewhat aware of her fictional existence. Because really...

Alicorn Amulet blesses the wearer with "untold powers." However, the more the bearer uses the amulet, the more it corrupts him or her. 

So yes, if/when trixie became corrupted it is very well possible that it was the Alicorn Amulet doing it.

But I'll bet my bits on that a wizard did it.

In universe answer - magic 

production answer - It's a joke. It's Pinkie. Jokes involving Pinkie don't require reality. The writers simply didn't care to limit the humor by making sense due the character involved. Joke plus payoff in closing shot = giggles. Fair trade off.

In-universe, though, my headcanon is that Pinkie Pie is not entirely a pony. More like a pony with a bit of draconequus blood in her. Hence her ability to teleport like Discord (or a unicorn), her ability to operate outside the normal constraints of space and time, and her ESP which doesn't seem to exist in other ponies apart from her own sister Maud.

Or scary thought - ALL rock farmers are like that, which is why they are trained from birth to be so stolid; Pinkie is an aberration and a danger to the entire ponyverse, which is why Maud has been sent to ponyville, in case there needs to be an intervention...
