JPunx 26 December 1, 2018 Share December 1, 2018 Whenever I draw something it's been 20 tabs(references, Tut videos, BG noise of a gaming playlist.) But regularly, about 6-10 tabs really.

Anywhere between 118 to 160? 22 hours ago, Bas said: 1800-2100. As a result, Firefox often takes up to 4 GB RAM and I can't play any decently recently released game. You asked. How is that possible? In my case, Chrome uses about 5GB to have about 118 tabs open. 1 Pony Art Thread Brony since ~25 July of 2011.
Here No Longer 5,276 December 1, 2018 Share December 1, 2018 Normally, I only keep about 3 open at a time. The clutter bothers me.
SkyPie 261 December 1, 2018 Share December 1, 2018 I don't have a specific limit, but I make sure it's not too much. I keep some tabs open all the time so as not to lose my place or forget it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SGqB-NX9rzU
ChB 18,550 December 1, 2018 Share December 1, 2018 On average, I usually have about 2-4 tabs in one window, although having 5-7 is not uncommon. I hate seeing a window that has so many tabs that you can’t even read the first word of the web page title. Gives me a head-ache. 1 Thanks to @Sparklefan1234 for this awesome sig! Hardway Bet 96 December 1, 2018 Share December 1, 2018 A couple of dozen. Ideally, I have few enough that I don't need to scroll to see them all - although I do have them open across two windows on separate screens.
O-78 28,606 December 1, 2018 Share December 1, 2018 Usually, I'll just have 1, 2 or 3. I like to keep it simple. 1 Signature by @Mellow Mane

Tacodidra 61,154 December 2, 2018 Share December 2, 2018 I prefer using multiple windows to tabs, that way you can browse them at the same time if necessary. I might have two or three tabs open in one window, though – sometimes up to four. 3 1 Signature by @Sparklefan1234
The Kaeya Simp 13,988 December 2, 2018 Share December 2, 2018 I have 3 open most of the time (Facebook, MLPF, and Discord), But sometimes I have had nearly 30 tabs open (lucky I have Opera)

Earl Grey Ghost 446 December 3, 2018 Share December 3, 2018 Usually 2-3 depending. I almost always have YouTube open because I follow a bunch of YT'ers religiously lol, but I also listen to music on my laptop through it too while I'm working. The other tab is sometimes for drawing references if I get stuck on something anatomically or if I need to see examples of colour palette/shadows, etc. Right now though, one constant one has been tabbed for my gift list for my friends who celebrate Christmas. My best friend is a Gears of War fan, so I'm keeping an eye on a few Marcus Fenix things right now. DubWolf 17,263 August 20, 2023 Share August 20, 2023 Way too many. A lot of tasks and reminders I need to get done. Hat988 108 August 24, 2023 Share August 24, 2023 I removed the habit by having the browser auto-clear history every time it closes and not save tabs. If there is something I still would want to look at I bookmark it. Now... I have a lot of bookmarks. At least it is easier to scroll through the bookmarks manager and use folders instead of looking at the tiny tab previews.

Administrator Sir Hugsalot 9,348 August 24, 2023 Administrator Share August 24, 2023 6 is a maximum for me. The reason is, I need to have my workplace clean and organized and multiple tabs do get in a way a lot. Besides too many tabs can also significantly slow down a computer which is something I really would like to avoid As one person I cannot change the world, but I can change the world of one person. Cash In 22,302 August 25, 2023 Share August 25, 2023 Usually only two or three tabs. I don't like having too much going on and neither does my laptop. :p At first I rejected the zero, but that was because I simply didn't understand it. Now I do.
