Which pony of the mane 6 would you have as your girlfriend?

Twilight Sparkle for many reasons:

 

1) She seems capable of the deepest attachment of the mane six. When her love is given it is GIVEN and she would never let you down purposefully unlike some of the other ponies. Of course that would need to be reciprocal.

 

2) She would have the most things she could talk about. While you could get the latest dope on what is going on in Ponyville from Rarity or Pinkie Pie -- if you wanted to learn about magic or how equestria became what it is -- she is the choice.

 

3) She NEEDS someone the most. She tends to frazzle under pressure despite her abilities and really needs someone to prop her up and be more confident in herself.

 

4) Even if you can't learn a ton of magic, she could give you wings for a day or do other magics that could make each day better.

 

5) She is the most in line with my own interests and personality.

Rarity as a wife would kind of remind me of Hyacinth Bouquet -- she would constantly be trying to change you into nobility.

Pinkie Pie would drive me into an asylum.

I don't have enough in common with Applejack.

 

Fluttershy could work. But that would take a LOT of time. I think a fluttershy courtship would take years -- literally.

 

Rainbow dash... Thats a hard one. I am not likely the type that rainbow dash would go for. It is more an its me not you thing. I like rainbow dashes hidden side that she doesnt show all that often but might show in a long term relationship. If I couldnt choose Twilight it would be between her and Fluttershy.

Realistically it would be Twilight. I'm a hard worker and intelligent, so there would be a connection. Although her moments of overreacting may annoy me sometimes

Applejack doesn't relate to me much, and isn't the type for long term relationships. Personally, Rainbow Dash isn't the type for long term relationships, and is probably more interested in joining the Wonderbolts. Pinkie Pie is too extroverted and her hyperactive demeanor makes me uneasy. Rarity is too civilized for my liking. Fluttershy is a maybe, but getting her to open up would be difficult.

Gotta go with Pinkie on this one. I think she would be an awesome girlfriend. we would get up early and go for a walk/bounce through the park as the sun rises, head back home for breakfast and we'd watch cartoons. we'd play video games ( I bet she's good at fps games and racing games ). then in the late afternoon we could play pranks on ponies and then go out at night to the disco and party hard to DJ Pon3 music.

I guess Fluttershy, to be honest. I am and can be as shy as her, and I'm timid in many occasions. Besides, she's far too cute. And in the end, she'd probably save me more than I'd save her XD. But seriously, I don't think I could think it better. But then again, the others would be pretty close in there too.

 

Rarity would be totally okay, if it weren't for the fact that her interest in fashion and all that is probably, you know, something I wouldn't be able to follow easily. Besides, she'd take the initiative more, and doom me so with it XD. We both have manners, and we both like to give, but...I don't know. She may be my favorite pony, but something about her would make the relationship awkward XD.

 

Rainbow Dash is fine, but i'm not a bragger, and the things we have in common are, we both love speed, and we both are lazy. But aside from that...yeah, I don't think it would work XD.

 

Pinkie Pie would also be great, cause I love sweets and fun...but I don't think I'd be able to keep up with her. It'd be too much, and if she breaks into song a lot, she'd make me go mad XD. She's cute as all Tartarus, but even I have my limits on my Pinkie-crazyness-o-meter XD.

 

Applejack would be okay. Just one problem. She is hard worker. I'm lazy as all hell. And I sometimes lie, even if I like to tell the truth. Lying is something we all do but hey, for some rason, the lazy/hard worker thing might detach the relationship for some reason, but I have no idea whatsoever XD.

 

And then Twilight with her like of learning, which I also share. I wuld enjoy it...but, I have my Book-o-meter, and it won't go on for long. Even if I like books and learning XD.

 

This is all based on her good personalities, pony, human, whatever. One has to wonder what if after all (actually, never thought of this before seeing the thread, but you get the point XD).

I know I posted a huge analysis for this thread before, but I guess it's time to update my feelings since I've become a more seasoned brony.

 

I've always liked Twilight the most, but now I really know why.

 

In my short life I've dated girls like Applejack, two rainbow dashes, and a pinkie/fluttershy combo.

 

The Applejack girlfriend was my most recent. She was from the south and had the accent. She was blonde, cute, honest, hard working, and VERY stubborn. She demanded a lot of my time even though she was very independent. The relationship drove me crazy even if I didn't know it at the time. It didn't end well.

 

One of the rainbow dash girls I dated was very athletic. She was always looking for a thrill and was pretty cute. She was fit and looked very in shape. It turned out I was just one of those "thrills" to her, and since I was a more easy guy I couldn't keep up with her and give her the thrills she needed.

 

The other rainbow dash girl was similar. The problem was, the thrills she got were from physical stuff. Holding hands in public and kissing was the whole entire relationship. I broke it off because that's not what I wanted.

 

The last girl I dated was the pinkie/shy combo. She was very outgoing and friendly to everybody. But when it came to relationships, she was as shy as fluttershy. I thought I struck gold being her boyfriend, but unfortunately her parents were very protective of her. They forced us to break up and taught her to hate guys like me.... Now I can never trust a girl like that anymore.

 

As for a Rarity type girl my sister is like her... She is super high-maintenance and HAS to have it her way. She is planning her wedding right now and all her negative traits are coming out. Rarity gets the same way. I would never date a girl like that, even if she was a perfect 10/10

 

I have never met or dated a Twilight Sparkle before. A girl that's pretty, smart, and slightly socially awkward. I like all those traits. She's a girl that you would get to open her up to the whole relationship idea. A girl that would read a book just to learn how to kiss and impress you. That's who I want to date.

 

I know I seem a little obsessive about Twilight Sparkle, but in real life I am waiting for a girl who's just like that. I know she's out there!
