Yeah I mean NOT out of a packet.

Go no try it it's easy.

Peel cut up into a saucepan cover with water, bring to boil simmer for 5 mins, meanwhile put a few mm of cooking oil into a baking dish, put it into oven 200*C -ish, (yes do it now), when 5 mins is up drain the pots, put into baking dish (oil should be getting hot by now), leave for 50 minutes or until brown enough.

Smoothie bowl, I should tried making granola or something to put on it.  I blended banana, raspberry, strawberry and apple together, it was pretty good!!

Home-made eggs benedict.

Looks a bit untidy but yeah was alright!

 

 

 

English muffin cut in half and toasted, a poached egg, bacon & tomato segments fried (in oil), + couple of spoons of hollandaise sauce.

(The sauce is out of a jar and cos it was in the fridge, I took out what I needed and warmed it a bit in the microwave.)
