Just roasted some chicken and made some egg drop soup!  First time making egg drop soup at home, I think the next time I make it, I'll stir more slowly when putting the egg into the broth but it was tasty!!

Mushrooms on toast, fried in oil with a clove of garlic (yes an actual real one) chopped, a dash of mixed herbs and black pepper, and a splash of red wine (haven't got white)
