I had some smoked salmon and mixed vegetables. ^^

I had a smoothie purely made of beets.  I had to add some milk to it to add some sweetness to it since the beets were much more subtle in flavour than I expected besides that nice earthy flavour.  I really need to go grocery shopping sooner or later...
