I think that Twilight Sparkle looks the best drawn as a human. It seems like a lot of fans think that Rarity looks the best out of the Mane Six in general, pony or human.

They all look good. Seriously... I would say I prefer Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie more in human forms and Rarity, Twilight Sparkle, Applejack and Fluttershy in their pony form but that's just me
