Stupid ways you have wasted money

I own the Raphael and Donatello S.H. Figuarts figures... for some reason. :pout:

Not once have I bothered to view any of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles programs; I merely played as them in Injustice 2. Don't misconstrued what I am saying, however; these are absolutely magnificent figures... but they were very much impulse purchases. I may or may not complete my collection, should I so desire... but purchasing these figures likely wasn't the best decision I have made, one way or another. :pout:

Back when I was young, I bought a transformer toy that broke in less than an hour after I bought it because I simply dropped it on the floor. It was cheap, being really stiff and made of light plastic, and it didn't surprise me that it was in a hundred pieces that couldn't be fixed and put back together. It wasn't expensive, but it was still a waste of money.

I hardly waste my money on something stupid, I'm pretty processive with my money and what is worth spending on.

Unless you bought something old and used, then yeah it might need a few tuneups but what older used vehicle doesn't? :bea:

My 93 BUICK didn't need anything.

Lies. I bet there's some kind of story behind that.

It was a good car, that's the story.

Brought a £1.25 packet of biscuits then threw them away

If I buy food that I don't like I will try to eat it. I bought some nasty cheese one time, because I was trying all the cheeses from the store. I took small pieces and put them in bread and choked it down.

This is my new signature.

I once spent a lot of money on multiple booster packs for a trading card series, in order to obtain the one card that I was missing from the collection. Even after all these years, I still hate that I never found it.

At first I rejected the zero, but that was because I simply didn't understand it. Now I do.

You could say that every dime I've had for most of my teen years (and early twenties) was wasted to some degree. I'm of the species known as 'collector.' This means of course that I have an addiction to buying toys. Star Wars toys to be specific. It's a cool collection, but I probably could have been a bit more practical with my sheckles.

And I've tossed more than a few bucks at the gambling tables when I used to live in Vegas. :mlp_rarity:

In my case, a lot! Spent my money on comics, Gundam plastic model kits, toys, Funko pops, collectible figures. My mom tells me to stop, but I still keep going at it.

  1. I spent $40 on League of Legends. That's probably the worst one considering that playing the game was actually detrimental in almost every way possible.
  2. I spent about $30 in Washington D.C. on a marble thing with Obama's head engraved into it. That was when I was naïve enough to think Obama was decent.
  3. I wasted about $150 asking for a trampoline for X-Mas one year and then used it maybe a few times before just leaving it sitting there.
