Which Star Wars planets do you like the most?

My favorite Star Wars planet is Tatooine. It may be an obvious choice, being central to so many Star Wars stories, but I think it’s by far the most beautiful. George Lucas calls it ‘the Star Wars planet’ and considers it the most representative of the planets in his movies, and I can certainly see why. I love the desert landscape and it has a stark personality like no other. I don’t even consider a rip-off planet like Jakku to be in the running, having no identity of its own.

Aside from Tatooine I’m fond of Bespin and Endor. I probably love Bespin more for Cloud City than for the planet itself. The city gives the whole thing a certain elegance that I identify with that world in general. Endor is just plain gorgeous, and with all those Ewoks running around, it’s pretty hard to beat. Besides having all those redwoods, it also has a lot of nice open plains, as seen in Caravan of Courage and Ewoks Battle For Endor.

Endor would have to be my favourite. There's just something that I admire about the entire atmosphere, as well as the inhabitants. I also like Kashyyyk for similar reasons.

Endor is nice, but nothing beats Kashyyyk's giant trees.

I was trying to remember what the planet was, but for me it would be probably Kamino. Really interesting planet.

I'd have to go with Coruscant. A city covered planet with thousands of levels of buildings. Also heard that there were some nightclubs there, so that should be fun.

Hands down Felucia. The colorful, trippy jungle canopy with probably insane wildlife amounts and most exotic sights.

Can imagine as deadly as beautiful, but still worthy choice.

Coruscant and Kashyyyk

They both seem like something you could explore your whole life and barely scratch the surface.

Only that Endor was a planet, and you two were talking about one of the moons of Endor

I'm not too sure, really, given that I've always, even as a kid, found it weird that they had planets filled with only one kind of environment and nothing else. I'm probably going to say either Hoth or Tatooine, though I don't have a real reason why. I do know the one I consider to be the dumbest, though: Dromund Kaas, because 'kaas' is the Dutch word for cheese and every time I see that name I just think it's going to be on a shelf next to the Gouda and mozzarella, rather than being the home planet of an extremely feared race.
